Beware of this so-called licensed plumber or be ready to deal with a person without low integrity and poor workmanship.

I called Brandon a couple of days ago to inspect a water heater and make repairs as needed because a prior plumber had left the job unfished. I asked Brandon to call me when he finished inspected the heater and to discuss with me the problem and options for fixing the heater.

Brandon, begun the work without giving me notice and put together the parts from the heater. When inspecting the heater for the completed work we pointed out a problem, then Brandon told us, ""oh this heater will explode, you need to replace it!"" (Why didn't he notice that before trying to put a water heater in service?)

He then offered to replace the heater with the ones he sells. $550 plus tax and $200 for the installation including necessary all parts and labor. I asked him to wait until I check my prices for water heaters and called him back to install a new water heater that same day. When Brandon found out I bought a water heater elsewhere he raised the service price to $250.

I sent payment to him for the $250 and followed-up to check the work the next day. (Which he claims is guaranteed.) Brandon left unsecured vents, leaking connections, and water in the pan. I called him back to ask him to complete the work to code. Brandon told me he was to busy to come back but that we would probably come by in a few days. He proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I didn't provide him with a new exhaust vent, tape, and water hoses. (Parts he was supposed to replace as part of the installation price because according to Brandon they were necessary)

Brandon is not a professional, does poor work and will not honor his so-called guaranteed. Hire him at the risk of having to pay someone else to fix the work he completed or risk blowing-up your home.

Great same day service. Mocal fixed the leaks under the sink in my kitchen, replaced the faucet, installed a brand new toilet in my bathroom and put a backwater valve on my sewer line all in one day. These guys are great at their jobs, honest and to the point. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I needed help with a plumbing and heating issue in my apartment, so I looked them up on a website link. I called them and they were happy to schedule me in. At first, they were very responsive and showed up early. I was happy to support a family business. The father and son showed up and the son fixed my dishwasher. That was great! I told them that I needed to get back on re-imbursements for the HVAC. My landlord approved of the work, so I called them the next day to schedule another visit. I spoke to someone who said they'd call me back ""in 2 minutes."" That was 3 weeks ago. I wanted to give them my money, but for some reason, they didn't want it.
