2 Days later I noticed that my front facing camera was not working. Brought back to Mobile Ninja to get repaired and unfortunately he was unable to help. I know that sometimes phones can be fickle but it worked before I brought it in.
Still 4 stars because I really think that he changed my screen a few more times and changed the camera trying to get it to work. He worked hard on my phone, but unfortunately it didn't fix it :-(.

I called ahead of coming to make sure that the fix could be performed in my limited time window and to get a price quote. I gave the make and model of the device and was quoted a price. After I arrived and the work was about to begin, he quoted me a much higher price and then refused to honor the price that was disclosed previously over the phone. He blamed it on a miscommunication o, but it still felt dishonest. We negotiated for a price in the middle. The service was fast and the screen fix was well done, but then at the end, the woman ringing me up added some additional charges without explanation. It wasn't until I asked for more information that the charges were removed. The refusal to honor the quoted price and the additional of extra charges left me feeling scammed. Maybe the fact that this business is a folding table in the back of a mini mart should have tipped me off.

Located in the back of a market, so look for the sign on the curb. Super nice and accommodating employees and had a ton of accessories so it was able to be a one stop shop. Fixed my iPhone 6S in less than two hours. Felt like new.

I called Mobile Ninja as I was leaving work to inquire about my broken front facing camera on my 6s. I asked if I could make an appointment for Monday and he said he would want to see the phone and he could see me today which was great (the sooner the better) once I got there, I explained to him that my phone had been run over by a car twice and the only thing damaged was the front facing camera (I have an Otterbox Symmetry case and an Invisible Shield glass screen protector). He explained the risks (6s have a seal which the other phones don't have and by opening the phone knowing it was ran over could interrupt the seal/pressure) knowing the risks, I still asked him to fix the phone (a girl missed taking selfies and videos ) About 10-15 minutes later and 70bucks later, my phone was FIXED! Would definitely go back if I had any other phone issues! He's great

See, here's the thing behind all these ""great"" reviews - they give you a discount off granted you show them that you've left a five star review first. Scam.

I went to mobile ninja to fix my cracked iPhone 6 screen. I was a bit surprised to see that the business is ran out the back of a little mini mart but whatever. I waited for about 3 minutes before the two workers (doing nothing) decided to even acknowledge that I was at the table. I was given a form to sign and then the guy requested I write a review for the discount off which I told them I would do later. The guy worked rather quickly once paid, probably fixed my phone in less than 8 minutes. With that being said, beware of quick fixes. Immediately I could tell the screen was not of great quality but hey I'm not at Apple and their waiver did indicate they could use after market pieces. Now what I didn't expect was a day later the right side of my screen completely lifting. I was given the run around when I called in and ultimately my screen although no longer cracked is still jacked. I went here out of convenience for their late hours and wish I would've just went someone more reputable. The customer service as well as the actual quality of repair does not warrant the high rating.
