Mark, Shawn and the team at MNS plumbing are absolutely GREAT. recently installed vanity sink plumbing and did a great job. MNS is the first call i make when i need plumbing assistance. Thank you!

In the last 10 days had to have MNS Plumbing out for emergency assistance. They are prompt, friendly, professional, efficient and at a reasonable price. Had a new washer/dryer coming in a week ago Friday, but discovered the day before washer facets frozen, they were out early the next morning, had the replacement done within a hour at reasonable price. Today, (Sunday) my hubby managed to break the water pipe in the back yard, had to shut off water to house, called them and within an hour someone was out to home, did the repair within an hour back up and running. Gave us some pointers on how to keep the hose from corroding on the hose bib.. Again, a reasonable price for the situation. Highly recommend.

How often does a plumber show up early to an appointment? Showed up a day early and got right to fixing the problem. Very professional and courteous. We had the same company out a year before to fix another drain and it has never given us a problem since. The drain he cleared yesterday has never flowed this well. We will use them again.

After 17 years my water heater took a dump and MNS was out the same day to take a look and was here bright and early the next morning to replace with a tankless. They did a great job and the guys who came out were professional and knowledgeable and I will use them again in case of any plumbing issues. A+

Although plumbing cost have drastically risen as most things these days I would say MNS prices are inline (still hurts) so the thing to compare is quality of workmanship, where I would give Mark an excellent status.

Prompt, friendly and efficient at a fair price. Daniel came out to fix an outside faucet and quickly got to work. He explained the process and added some pointers as well. You can tell when someone loves their job and the company they work for, very refreshing to see. Highly recommend.

Needed a quick repair of a natural gas line in my yard. Called MNS and they were available in the time frame I needed. Had to get specialty parts. Showed up as promised, repaired the line in a couple of hours. Cost was not cheap, but OK given my circumstances. MNS had to travel 1 plus hours each way.

The technicians from MNS plumbing did an amazing job installing a commercial ice maker for our business. Very professional from start to finish, and they took the time to explain how the ice maker works. I would highly recommend their services for all of your plumbing needs.

No. A cluster-blank. Too expensive, no details on prices and parts. Just boom, a big unexplained bill. No way I will call back any tradesman when I don't have a ball park of what the hourly rate is. Especially if it's a fluctuating price. State there is a minimum hour requirement per job, for sure that is understandable. But no idea and no break down on a quote for lots of plumbing jobs! Company is too rich for me.
Anyways, the return visit which almost got missed too, was $325 for a simple faucet swap out on a bathroom vanity. No way that is normal? Especially when you talk on your phone loudly the whole time and leave a water puddle on a tiled floor behind you. And mud on the p trap? Huh? Chalked that steep price up as even-steven since the first visit was comped and time was spent to gauge opinion in all the jobs needed down.
That initial visit to diagnose a problem on a new house purchase was immediate arrival and quick answer, he even comped the visit! I tipped the tech for it! Star! This made me call back for more jobs, requesting the same tech. And then it all went haywire. Confusing calls, missed appointment, whacked booking system, owner shows up by system accident and helps not one bit at one point, slow & vague quotes, no parts for any of the jobs on his truck (like he did not want to work this day) and the topper of all....
The tech arrived with mud, not a little mud, but a lot of dried mud all over his boots, up his jeans and even on his elbow. While that was weird alone, when he proceeded to hop into my fiberglass tub with those said boots on.... In that moment I knew I would NOT hire this company for anything more. He could have scratched the fiberglass, come on man, you have to know that.
Later cleaning the mess under the vanity, and puddle on the floor, I had to shake my head when I found mud dirt literally on the p trap. How did that transfer even happen?
Maybe this is Covid over confidence. Not caring cause business is booming. I dunno. Not taking the chance further. Attention to details lacking.

I found a recommendation for MNS on Nextdoor.com and gave them a try for a small job (maybe? who knows?) replacing an outdoor shut-off water valve. Mark was responsive, on time (actually a few minutes early), professional, worked quickly, gave us some free advice on our water heater, I can see why others recommend this business.
