Don't do it, super frustrating. A friend referred us for a plumbing issue we thought was pretty serious, we set an appointment for a week out, and Matt no showed. No calls or texts, just didn't show up when he said he would. Eventually he rescheduled, so almost two weeks after first talking to him, he and his guy come by and they're nice enough; they fixed a couple things and though the price seemed steep, I thought it would be worth it to be done with it.

The next day, one of the toilet flappers Matt replaced is leaking worse than before. I tell him about it, thinking in good faith he'd help me fix the part he installed. He offers to come by and take a look, but when the time comes, he no shows AGAIN. Continues to be really hard to get a hold of him, ignoring texts and calls. I'm starting to get frustrated, but I figure he's busy so I'm civil. He eventually says he will check out a video of the issue by text, but that was the last response I received - he just ghosts me, no communication, no explanation. At this point I've sent multiple texts, a video of the problem, left a voicemail, and haven't gotten anything back.

Now I have to find another plumber to pay for a whole new visit just to fix the flapper. Matt charged the max price for two flow valves, $150 per toilet, which took probably less than an hour to install. The flapper he installed along with it leaks worse than before, running up the water bill. Along with two no shows and terrible communication, he literally made the problem worse, and vanished rather than fix it. Also, he was referred by a mutual friend and he knew it - imagine how he acts to people who aren't referred? Definitely not worth the headache.

I had a low hot water pressure issue that had gotten worse and worse over the past year or more. I finally decided something had to be done and I attempted a DIY fix that resulted in zero hot water in the shower. Not good. After talking to several plumbers, I was told either I'd have to replace some of the galvanized pipes in my home with copper pipes (a huge and expensive job) or have the pipes blown out. It turns out it is nearly impossible to find someone to do this, but I found MNE Pipe Clearing and called Matt. He came today and completely fixed my problem. He did clear the pipes, but as it turns out that was not the only problem. He also found issues with some faucets and my shower cartridge and was able to fix all the problems. I now have better water pressure than I'd ever had in the shower and the water pressure in all my sinks have improved (even in the sinks I didn't ask him to fix). Matt and his partner/assistant were friendly and careful not to leave a mess. MNE was very affordable and I highly recommend their work.

Matt's the best! I've had him out on multiple occasions to clear different pipes for me and he has hit it out of the park. There's nothing more frustrating than low pressure, and thanks to Matt, my pressure is great again. Also, I think it's important to note that he was honest with me, and didn't make promises. He under promised and over delivered.
