Mike was recommended by a friend. Was friendly and jovial but don't be fooled. Charged me $180 for labor but he had misdiagnosed the problem and suggested I hire an electrician because I may have a faulty circuit breaker. I have 5 zone heating so I ran each zone independently and I determined the problem was one specific zone so nothing wrong with my circuit breaker. He then came back and was able to determine the circulating pump was bad for that specific zone I identified. Charged me $200 for the pump (part goes for $100 to $150 Retail price--he buys it at Contractor price for less so made a profit on it). He sent an apprentice to install the pump and charged me another $325 for labor for a 20 minute installation job by a junior employee. I questioned the cost and he claimed that was a flat labor rate. He got defensive and said he has to pay his guys and insurance and all his expenses with everything going up. Beware, make sure to ask him upfront about his ""flat rates"" and ""billing schedule"" before he walks into your house if you want to take the chance using him.

I can't say enough good things about this company! A wastewater pipe cracked behind a wall in the kitchen just 24 hours before I was to go out of town. Anxious that the job couldn't get done before I left, I called Mike at this company and asked him to size up the job. Mike came to the house, rearranged his guys' schedule and they got the job done in just a few hours! I was soooo happy!

I've only recently used a plumber, and Mike came recommended to me by my in-laws. I called other plumbers before asking family, and many wouldn't answer the phone and didn't call back on messages left.

Mike is very friendly and understands that everyone's problem is an ""emergency."" His guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what they were going to do/did and are very reassuring. If I have any projects, this is the company I'll be using!

Mike and his crew removed the old Galvanized drainage system and replaced it with ABS Black pipe throughout the very old Victorian I manage. They were able to complete the work in a day. As it's a 6 Apartment building now and has been for many years the building comes with many challenges. Basically it's a maze of pipe and electrical lines throughout the basement. It's a challenge to say the least. The old galvanized drainage was corroded by years of acid drain cleaners. I now know Drano isn't kind to galvanized pipe. I'll share a picture of what a pipe cleared with acid drain cleaners looks like below.
Back to Mike and his crew. They arrived when he said they would and went right to work. Removing the old and installing the new. Of course the house was a challenge and some rerouting was required. Including lifting toilets and replacing the flanges.
They made sure everything was swept and clean. Including caulking anything upstairs that had to be lifted and reinstalled like toilets.
I have no complaints and nothing negative to add. Except for the picture of old galvanized pipe that is now on it's way to the recycling plant.

Zeeks guys do a great job and I call them at sorts of ungodly hours and they fix it up right. I have had them do water heaters, furnace, toilets. Never let me down.
