Morris came on short notice and fixed up our furnace on a freezing cold evening when it was only putting out cold air. He identified the problem quickly, fixed it, gave this relatively new home-owner some helpful advice, and didn't over charge. Out experience using MME was very pleasant so we will likely use them again in the future.

Incompetent and utter failure!
I called MME Home Services on 6/1/2020.
I specifically asked if their ""team members"" had experience working on Breezeair Evaporative Coolers (swamp coolers). The lady that answered the phone replied ""Yes"" to my question.
Morris, the owner of the company arrived, and spent 2 hours working on the evaporative cooler. He was unable to fix the evaporative cooler.
Morris said he would try to obtain a replacement motor and a replacement computer system from a distributor in Denver.
He a few days later and spent another 2 hours installing the 2 replacement parts. The unit's fan turned on, but then the entire system would shut down after a couple of minutes! He even explained that although the motor was supposed to pull 1.5 amps, it was actually pulling 1.7 amps. Bad news!
The original invoice was for $814 but he failed to fix the problem! He left and was not able to return for a few more days.
He then explained that he could replace the entire system for another $2000-$3000 more. Well, anyone could ask, ""If you cannot fix it, and you charged us $814, how can we trust spending another $2000-$3000?""
In the end Morris gave us a check for $400 because of the fact that he was unable to fix the evaporative cooler. He still charged us for 4 hours of work. We lost over $400, one week of time, and the system is still broken!
We were extremely disappointed in Morris' incompetence and utter failure to fix the problem over period of an entire week! How would you feel?
Morris proved to us that he cannot fix Breezeair Evaporative coolers.
We would never recommend MME Home Services to anyone after this bad experience!

Called to have maintenance service on our furnace. Freely shared his knowledge and felt very informed. Did not try up sell products or services. We will be using Morris is the future when the next occasion arrises.

Do not use MME Home Services, owned by Morris Ellis. He was doing plumbing for a bathroom remodel for us and in the stages of final plumbing, he did not bring any helpers to move a 280 pound (!) tub and has broken the plumbing under the tub, cracked the ceiling and it's useless and requires major repairs. Additionally, he installed a tankless hot water heater 6 weeks ago and it failed this morning. We had another plumber out and discovered install was botched and the unit was flooding because of Morris not installing a filter and draining mechanism. When we reached out (a few times) we were told there were health concerns and that he was on the verge of bankruptcy and that he was not able to fix the tub or anything else. He has not stood behind his work and caused a great deal of damage and additional expense for us. We had been happy with his services for the past few years but this has been an awful turn of events and I want to warn other people not to use him as he will try to get payment for inferior and unsound work. I have filed this with the Better Business Bureau and we now have to taking legal action against him to cover the damages he has caused.
