I would choose O if I could. Called them on Saturday with an emergency (thru a warranty company) ad they texted they are too busy moving furniture in their home and they would try to get someone out Monday. That did not happen, but they scheduled for Tuesday and I had someone stay home all day waiting and they even said he was on his way. NEVER SHOWED and then Maria (the owner) texted she did not know where he was. Real nice...4 days later and no appointment, no explanation no nothing. I worked for a plumbing company for 10 years and would NEVER ever treat a customer like that. I guess they ruined their relationship with the warranty company. If you need a good plumber do not call these people!!!

I contacted M&M after talking to a friend who had used them in the past.
I've had problems with my upstairs bathroom faucet and toilet since we moved into our townhouse about 6 years ago.
Mo, the owner, called me and we arranged a convenient time for both of us.
Mo showed up on time and did an absolutely great job at a reasonable price.
He also was a very nice person, caring and professional.
I don't write recommendations that often but if you ever in need of a plumber, I would doubt if they come much better than Mo in all respects!!

I am horrified with this place and would give them 0 star review if I could. I had an 11-1 appointment and they sent me a text confirming my appointment. At 12:30, I tried calling. No one answered. I texted the number and they said they were backed up. No problem....things happen. At 5:31, I am still waiting for someone to return my call or respond to my messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Went through home warranty co for problem with garbage disposal. Reese showed up ahead of schedule and had repaired in minutes . Courteous . Highly recommend .

I had a double utility tub installed and he did a wonderful job. It was a very tight fit but he managed and everything turned out perfectly. Very affordable.

If I could give negative stars, I would.
This company was picked by our home warranty company. The owner initially came out and diagnosed the problem, then after being given the ok from our home warranty company to go ahead with the work, it has been one scheduling issue after another.
Every time we are given a scheduled time, there is one excuse after another as to why the tech - who I strongly suspect is simply the owner trying to make his business sound bigger - is HOURS late.
Now, I'm unable to get an answer from them AT ALL.
DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.
EVER.

they were the worst. they were referred for a home warranty repair. showed up, but did not fix the leak. the next two appointments, they didn't even bother to show. the absolute worst i have dealt with. do not call these folks unless you enjoy taking time off from work to wait for someone to no show.
