I called to just ask a few questions that only a professional can answer regarding my apartment plumbing. No one would take the time and day to help answer my concerns including the company, L.A. Hydro-jet & Rooter Service, who had worked on my apartment issues and couldn't seem to fix the problem the first time.

Mike returned my call and throughly explained how draining systems work and helped me understand how to prevent this reoccurring problem.

My wife & I had a clogged tub in our recently purchased so we called Mike from M&M Plumbing and he was there in less than 30 minutes. He not only unclogged our pipes but also showed us with his fancy drain camera the roots that were the cause. He than sent in a handy snake thing to cut through all the roots to free up the pipes for years to come.
Gotta love the knowledge, experience & prompt service when these things happen. Thanks Mike you're the best...

We came home from vacation and saw a crack in our shower and heard leaking from inside the wall. I called Mike at about 10:30 in the morning (on a Sunday!) and he said he would be able to come between noon and 1. He got here around 11:30 and was able to assess the problem quickly. It was a busted pipe with a pretty big leak and luckily he was able to find a way so that we didn't have to do any demo to get to the pipe. Even better was that he had the part in his van! He was done in less than an hour and charged a fair price. Thanks Mike!

Mike came in the middle of an emergency. My grandma was getting scammed by some very dishonest plumbers because she was an easy target. They told her she was going to need all kinds of emergency repair work and it was going to cost over $24,000. They still robbed my grandma and left with $1200 for two hours of work. In the end Ritz plumbing didn't even finish the job they said they completed. Mike fixed the original problem and Ritz's mistakes for far less money. I really wish we had just called him in the first place. He was responsive, fast and honest. Not much more you can ask for in a plumber. He took extra time to make sure we understood everything that was going on with the plumbing situation and what needed to be done to fix the issue.
