My thankless water heater wasn't working correctly (no hot water) so I called MM Plumbing and mike came to rescue although it was pretty late. He troubleshoot the problem easily and gave me a few recommendations and tips to maintain the water heater in good shape.

Our water heater took a dump a couple months ago and I went on a Facebook search for a great plumber to help us install a tankless water heater in our home. I got three quotes and not only did MM plumbing come back with the best quote, he was prompt In doing the job, excellent communication, extremely explanatory when questioned about anything, and overall exemplary customer service. I did not feel for one second that he was trying to make extra money off of us or shady in any way. Just a good honest plumber that wanted to do good work for his client. I highly recommend! Now I have to figure out who can remove this old pedestal below our new beautiful tankless.

We had a Noritz commercial unit at our facility which had caused many problems to us since the day one. These problems were not cheap at all. For example, the last problem was $1500 worth of heat exchanger replacement. Thus, we want to replace the unit with a new one. After contacting almost 20 plumbers, we found MM plumbing. Mike is the one who answered all of our questions with patient, and gave us not only reasonable logical answers but also different options. As a result of our discussion with Mike, he advise us that instead fixing the Noritz unit we could replace that with a commercial Rinnai unit. I researched about Rinnai and it had better consumer ratings, and reviews about the units. We agreed to install a nrw Rinnai unit.

The day of the installation, his team showed up right on time, professionally took out the old unit, installed the new one without any issues.

Overall MM Plumbing provided us Great Customer service and Definitely earned our present/future businesses. I highly recommend MM Plumbing to anyone!

We recently used M&M plumbing to installed a new Rinnai tankless water heater for our house. It took about half a day for Mike and his team to finish the installation of the tankless water heater. I was first impressed by Mike's knowledge about every thing you need to know before you install a tankless water heater. Mike relocated the water heater outside and install all new electrical, gas line and water line to the tankless heater.

Since our house was old, we ran into an issue with an electrical problem but Mike and his team was able to resolved the issue. Mike did what he said at the price he quoted, no surprises on his bill at the end. This is one of the best plumbers I've ever used and would highly recommend him!
