My house had the grey quest pipe so all of the plumbing needed replacing. Based on a friend's recommendation I went with this company. I was given a verbal quote and subsequently received a written one. I then discovered that pressure regulator valve replacement was not included so quoted price increased by 500. In replacing the valve a leak started where the pipe enters the house, one that in my mind they caused. This was another 750 dollar upscope. I also had a new shower head and fixures replaced. Shower head was leaking and I I was told it was faulty. I put some Teflon tape on the threads and no more leaks. So I have mixed feelings and probably wouldn't use them again. Even after the hiccups their price was lower than most other quotes I received. And everything is working with no problems. ?And when they cut the drywall as required for replacing the pipes this was done as efficiently as possible.

Total shysters. Failed to complete job after multiple visits. Work failed multiple county inspections. Owner lies constantly. Had to fire him for incomplete and unaccetsble work on three parts of job, and hire cimpetent, honest replacement plumber. DO NOT USE.

Mike came with mask and booties and was very polite. He diagnosed the issue instantly, we called my home warranty company and they approved repairs. He and his team got started on the job right away, and finished the leak/pipe repair within a couple of hours. He was very nice and I felt like he charged a very reasonable amount for the work done. Would highly recommend!

Mike and his Son Chris were a pleasure to deal with. The came out to my house to determine the issue and repair the leak. It turns our a wax ring had gone bad and they had a replacement part on hand. I'm definitely going to use them again. Price was reasonable and payment was an easy process.

Mike is my plumbing super hero. He always responds timely to a need, does great work and is reasonably priced. I had him out yesterday for an unexpected issue and amidst all the Coronavirus worries he was prepared and professional. He came with appropriate equipment, gloves, mask, wipes!! I thanked him for it as it did add a layer of comfort and he responded that it was his job to protect his customers!! Thank you Mike!! If you need plumbing, I highly recommend M&M, they've never let me down.

I know the work of Michael McIntyre of M&M Plumbing and Heating and have never had a problem with his work or the employees employed by him. Mr. McIntyre was referred to me by one of the largest Insurance companies in the area and I was very pleased with his work and have recommended him to my friends who were more than satisfied with his work. After reading Anthony N. review, I was so upset that I called and spoke with Mr. McIntyre who was aware of the posting and explained that Anthony N was once employed by him and is now a disgruntled employee that he had to let go (fired) because of unprofessional conduct. It is obvious that this person's statements are of someone out for revenge and using Yelp to accomplish it.
According to the Content Guidelines, this negative review should be removed as it reads, ""reviews aren't a place for rants about a business's employment practices, political ideologies, extraordinary circumstances, or other matters that don't address the core of the experience"". It also states that a person's full name should not be posted only under certain circumstances, which does not apply to this matter. This negative review does not address an experience Anthony N had with Michael McIntyre (M&M plumbing and heating) but more of a ""I will get you back"" and should be removed.
