My wall heater started to sound like a garbage disposal. I called M&M, who was recommended by my electrician, and they scheduled someone to come out that day. They diagnosed/fixed it in less than an hour and it sounds better than ever! Happy customer.

I called M&M mechanical to get an appointment to get my house heater and thermostat checked and fixed. Tim came 2 days later (this is okay, I didn't consider it an emergency case). It turned out it was a simple fix, which took less than 30 minutes. I'm saving their contact information for other future work. My previous handyman wasn't very reliable, I'm glad I found M&M .

We came up to the cabin on Monday night, turned the heater on, and had nothing but cold air coming out the vents. We asked a local contractor who to call for heating and he said ""call M&M Mechanical, they'll take care of you"". Boy did they! Mike called 10 minutes after we left a message and apologized for not being able to get to us that night. He could however have someone out the next morning at 8:30, and we were ecstatic about that. Tim and Willie arrived Tuesday at 8:25 A.M.. It turns out our old heater had outlived its usefulness and actually needed to be condemned. We were up here for the week and it would have been very tough without heat. Tim said they would ""try"" and get us a new heater by Thursday, as they have been swamped. Wednesday morning we get a call from Tim and he says they can come out today. By Wednesday afternoon, we are super warm, and happy with our new heating unit! These guys were lifesavers!

This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company, bar none. Professional, friendly, experienced, and they go the extra mile. Tim, Dean and the whole crew did an amazing job. I would recommend M&M to anyone, and we actually already have!!

We called them first thing in the morning and they showed up and repaired everything by noon. Our heater went out the day before our largest storm in years. We should have called them first but our rental company took charge! DONT LET YOUR RENTAL COMPANY NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! Seriously, freezing for over a week because my rental company lagged. The two repairmen are so nice and extremely knowledgeable. Seriously, saved us thousands. This should be your first CALL!!! You will never regret this decision

To say that Dean and Tim exceed expectations is an understatement. We got up to Big Bear for President's weekend on Sunday night and our heater was broken. When I called Dean he was able to get out there within an hour to evaluate the situation. We were nervous that the pipes might freeze. He said we needed a new board. From the movement I provided an approval to the time that the repair was done was an. hour or two. We have been in BB for over 40 years and clarity of addressing the issue, speed with which it was addressed and the fair price provided was second to none. Thanks guys, you made what could have been a horrific situation much easier to handle.

I highly recommend M & M Mechanical. The guys were great to work with, super nice, responsive and had a service technician out within the hour to fix the heating issues at one of our cabins. They will be my go to for any hvac and plumbing issues in the future.

Our furnace went out on MLK and Dean came out on time and was able to diagnose and fixed the problem with the pressure switch. Super responsive company and very fair price. I highly recommend this company.

My heater went out at 11:30pm in January when we had those major snow storms. I left a message for M&M at 2am just hoping they would call back the next business day. 10 minutes before they opened that morning I received a return call.

Great communication (via message, phone and in person). Installed smart thermostat that had been removed by a previous tenant and did annual checkup on furnace. Will use again in the future. Reliable and good value is hard to find in Big Bear, M&M does it all.
