I purchased a home here in Lucerne Valley that was not equipped with air conditioning. I called Mike at M & M and got a quote. His estimate was better than anyone else I called. He also was very knowledgeable and & able to advise me on what equipment I would need to handle the hot summer days we have here. After all was said and done I was very happy with how quick he had gotten the job done and all within the original estimate. Very very satisfied. :)

We just bought a house in big Bear Lake that did not have air conditioning. We had Mike from M and M mechanical install an AC unit and he did a fantastic job was in and out very quickly and very cleanly and the AC works great.

Dean is extremely knowledgeable in his field. My heater was not running properly which was evident in my escalating electricity bills. It being a gas heater, the problem was likely that the fan was kicking on way too often. Dean ran some checks and was able to identify the causes for the fan to be operating more than it should be. He made the necessary adjustments and put in the correct filter. Although only time will tell, I'm confident he fixed my problem because of how well he explained everything to me. Dean is now in my contacts for all my future service and maintenance needs.

Had my boyfriend use them for his wall heater that stopped working. Dean came right over. Took one look knew right away the only issue was it needed a good cleaning. Fixed the issue fast and explained what the issue was. The gas pilot was dirty got cleaned. Never tries to tell you bs to make more money just a nice honest guy with great prices

We arrived to our cabin to find the heater was not working! At 3am! I sent out multiple requests and Dean our technician came to the rescue ASAP 6:30am. Fast, great and honest service! He tried multiple options, explained in detail how the heater works and what all the parts do. Tested checked every single part and found a solution. Called for heater problem during the middle of winter. The house was staying a crisp 40 F. Within 15 minutes of leaving a message I received a call and Tim was at the house 30 minutes later. Called me with a quote and options on equipment before doing the work. Was able to do the job and get the heater up and running right away. Was even willing to mail me a bill- did not ask to be paid immediately.

They haven't provided service yet but we had an renter who checked in late (10pm) and said the heat wasn't working. We tried to help but it didn't work. After calling over 12 places we found M&M Mechanical and Tim called us back about 2 min after I left a message (11:30pm). He was willing to come by and address the issue, but our renters were willing to wait until the am because their kids were asleep and they were tired. We have Tim scheduled for 8am tomorrow to get this issue resolved. I'm SO thankful for the quick call back and willingness to come out so late on a Friday night. Thanks Tim!

Very pleased with the service, had a problem with wall heater and wire connection so it would go on and off. i called them at 8:00 am and was given an appt right away. They were very kind and very through checked all connections and cleaned and serviced the heater and they were affordable too. Glad I called them!

Dean was able to replace heat ducting that was installed incorrectly by the builder with a better insulated product and now the house is much more balanced and my toes are toasty warm while working on my computer. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Excellent customer service and very honest. I highly recommend these guys. Initially I called another big company in Big Bear and they said the cost to repair my heater would be $2200 or the cost of heater replacement would be $3,600. M & M fixed the problem for under $300. These guys are honest businessmen. Much thanks!
