I called M & M because our heater wasn't working at our vacation home, and my Nest thermostat was offline. I started to panic because I could see the temperature dropping indoors. Dean called me right back and was able to get someone out within an hour. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. I am so appreciative of their quick & reliable service, they saved us a trip up the mountain to troubleshoot and I would absolutely call them again for service!

New Heater in 1 Day!
We have been having problems with our old heater. We called M&M and they came right out to diagnose the heater. It was toast. There was no charge for the diagnosis. They checked their inventory and got us a price within 2 hours. They were able to get started the same day. By noon the next day, we had heat. I forgot to mention it is in the middle of winter so we were delighted.

He also found WHY the issue of a burned out transformer occurred and fixed that as well. It was clear to me that the issue had occurred due to the previous contractor's mistake. I had a guest blow out my electrical and it ended up blowing out my pilot light on my wall heater. This happened in winter! So I was freezing I tried turning the pilot light on myself but the button wouldn't work. I called them and someone was out that same day.
