My heater has operated intermittently for the past year and a half. After having a couple other heating companies come by and ""fix"" it (for a while), I finally called Big Bear Heating. They diagnosed the problem with the Nest thermostat, corrected it and it's been perfect ever since. One of the other companies even wanted to replace the heater, which would not have fixed the problem!!! Thank you to true professionals!!

Beware of Peter H, he claimed to have replaced a part only to find out it was a used part and perhaps was my original part and never replaced. I confronted him and asked for his HVAC license# and he had all sorts of excuses and insults. Burn Bridge Much?
