This is by far the worst place ever. Where do I start !!!
I hired them to installed my Viking hood and they quoted me $1600 for the job I though it was a lot but what the heck I went with them regardless from start to finish it was a nightmare. Jerrold was rude from the first day to the past. Hood wasn't installed properly it's not centered from stove and it's not level at all ? I called them to fix the issue and they asked another $750 to fix it lol. I told Jerrold to fix the hood he immediately tried to rip the hood off the wall cause I wouldn't pay the balance and then went outside and removed the siding adding additional damage to my property this company was recommended by Angie's list. Never again I even had to call the police cause he was getting very violently I have videos and pics to prove my claims see you in court m&m electric services

Hired this company to install a range hood, at first the guy was very nice however when the hood was installed 6 inches lower than it was supposed to he refused to correct the error. The job was not completed, the covers for the duct work were never installed. The hood is not centered over the stove and is not level. Siding was cracked when the vent pipe was installed. They did agree to fix the siding however the guy showed up with an attitude then when my husband confronted him he proceeded to rip the siding off my house.

Do NOT use this company. They no showed two weeks in a row after confirming the appointment, when i called today to see what was going on they told me i should find another provider. They can't guarantee they can make it out. Don't waste your time go with another company.

Had an awesome experience with them for an electrical issue,however, when I contacted them about a plumbing issue i was given a date and time. Took off work and it was a no call no show. Sent email and text got call two days later that they could come out. Put in request for 6/1 never heard anything. Then I call and was told set for 6/2 in the AM. Guy calls at 8 Am and says be there this afternoon. Great I took off work again and now they want to come later. I cancelled if they can't get the date and time correct I wonder how badly they could mess up the job. I went from recommending these folks to being totally embarrassed if anyone took me up on them being a solid outfit.
Disappointed and certainly will steer people clear.

Wish I could leave ZERO STARS! This company seriously ripped us off. We paid $3,358 for their professional expertise installing a HVAC on our balcony. We never had a completed project from them. Mike the owner stopped taking our calls, refused to come and finish, refused to refund us anything, and what we were left with looked horrible. Here is a picture of one of their outlets they installed. We cannot even put a faceplate on this bc it is too close to the trim. Very disappointed all around with their work ethic, lack of professionalism, and customer service. We did get Joan of Arc to finish our project who is also in the area and they were amazing! They only needed one visit to fix everything MM Electric wouldn't. And their costs were totally reasonable.

Not only do I recommend MM Electric, I owe them a huge debt of gratitude for the work they did. These guys are AWESOME. Friendliest most down to earth team. We had a major electrical blow out that was extremely unsettling to us but the crew put our minds at ease and helped turn the whole thing around. Brian came out first and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was very thorough in his review of what work he felt was needed which gave us the confidence to move forward and is the reason we initially chose them. The next morning first thing, Steve and Andy showed up to start working. From speaking and observing Steve work I could tell he not only knew exactly what he was doing, but he was passionate about the quality of work. Andy was super helpful and kept us informed of what was happening and helped me take pictures of the damage. They were both was very meticulous and really went above and beyond our expectations. They really made us feel that it was important to them to get us up and running. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will be reaching out to MM Electric for all of our future electrical work. Thanks again!

Disappointed with Michael this time around. I kept on asking him for greater than 3 weeks to come fix an item which he initially installed less than 9 months ago but he kept cancelling on us. First it was the rain, second time he came 2 hours before we told him to and no one was home so he left, and the last several times thereafter he told us he was coming and never showed up. Did a good job initially but has been very unreliable lately.

They publish a 10% discount coupon in local papers for seniors and military. Trying to get that applied to the proposal was a challenge. When it finally was and an appt was set to do the job,he cancelled one day prior. When the rescheduled date came, no one showed up, and no call, no email, just NO SHOW ! He clearly did not want to do the job at the proposed price.
Nice way to treat a senior citizen.
