f minus!!!! horrible took advantage of a 81 year old senior citizen.. shame on them

i don't recommend them!!! they never finished the job! nor got the permit to start construction. my dad is the one who hired them . he is 81 years old! the county inspector came out to inspect the deck. no permit the deck failed inspection they said its not structurally sound.
that has been over a week.
my dad who is 81 years old has been calling and calling trying to get ahold of them but they have been ignoring him...
they left the deck un finished with 3 bags of trash
no i don't recommend them
