I found about MLK installations through their Craigslist ad. I sent them an email and the owner Mike responded back very quickly with a very affordable quote for an over the range microwave install. I am located in downtown Chicago and was glad he serviced this area.

I emailed some more details about the install, and Mike provided more information about what it will involve. I am glad he is available by email since I can send pictures of exactly what work I am looking for.

Mike arrived on time the next day and was very pleasant to deal with. He was flexible on the parking options for his Van which is a plus, since free parking is not always guaranteed near my building.

The installation took a solid two hours and Mike had all the necessary tools to complete the job professionally. I purchased the microwave used without some of the mounting bolts. But Mike had these in his van. The install was a bit more complex than a standard install, but Mike did a great job.

While he was here I showed him some other appliances and my HVAC system. He provided some good recommendations on the work he can do on them. I definitely will use Mike again as I own a few condos in this building.
