Home warranty assigned ML plumbing have a small leak in bathtub faucet... Easy repair according to me - faucet on deck of tub not wall ! turn off the water remove handle then remove valve stem and put in new one - there is no access panel..... They do not do this type of work- really???? this is basic plumbing!

Zero stars. Same as everyone else. They were assigned by the home warranty company and when they came out, he made zero attempt to actually diagnose the issue. It felt like he could care less about actually doing his job. Extraordinarily lazy and too incompetent to perform trivial plumbing diagnostics.

We had our water heater replaced Marco the owner did a great job. Was very pleasant to work with
We went through our Home warranty insurance and of course they buy a much cheaper brand . They only have to comply with the same capacity. If we were going to cash out with the warranty, they would basically give us peanuts.. so we decided to take the chance with this water heater. I'm sure it's going to be fine. It's not at all the plumbers fault . . He did an amazing job, so I just want to give him five stars.!

Stay away! They came with the warranty company. They never called to schedule. I did. I am not resident at the property. They kept calling me to demand prepayment for the service they will perform for 'out of warranty' work. I asked them to go ahead and I will pay by check. No, I needed to pay right away on the phone via credit card for which they would charge me a 3% surcharge. The tech would leave right away if payment not received that instant. I am in a meeting. I cannot tolerate being away. I refused service. They still walked away with the per incident fee the warranty company pays them. The operator was rude on both occasions.

There should be a negative star option! This company is an absolute JOKE!
Every other home warranty claim I have placed- the vendor has reached out to me promptly after placing the service request, Not ML! I had to reach out several times to speak with someone. Finally the FIRST appt was scheduled.... the tech never showed. I called and she had to track him down, only to call me back and report that he had called out of work AFTER he was supposed to arrive at my home. 2nd time, he was set to arrive to my home as his first call due to the inconvenience... ""he forgot"". 3rd time, he ""forgot again"". The FOURTH AND FINAL time that he forgot to come to my home at 8am (again, I was supposed to be the 1st call). I called the office at 9:50am when he hadn't arrived. She had to call me back while she reached out to him. He said he was on his way and he would be less than 30 minutes. 10:50- An hour late (technically 3 hours late) I was forced to leave for work. He then he casually pulls up as I got in my car. I stated ""Don't even bother, you were late ONCE AGAIN and I have to go!"" He sarcastically said ""no problem!"" and drove off.
While traveling to work, I got stuck behind a long line of traffic. Turns out, it was the ML Plumber doing 30 miles below the speed limit for 5 miles holding up traffic on a 2 lane road. I couldn't be sure but I wouldn't be surprised if he was drunk or high.... that may be the reason why he couldn't get to any of the 4 appointments when he was supposed to.
This company shouldn't be in business!!!!!!

This is the worst plumbing company in existence!!! Probably because they come with the home warranty they're insured business, without that partnership they would DEFINITELY be out of business... stay away at all costs!!!

ZERO stars!!! Took 7+ weeks... too many ph calls, excuses, delays to repair/replace kitchen sink hot water dispenser..& still unresolved....via First American Home Warranty. Stay away from them & warranty company!

I had a terrible experience with this company, he seemed uninterested in the job and did not take the time to explain and investigate, he said he couldn't even check what needed to be done because he could not remove the faucet??? maybe because it was through insurance??? He literally spent 5 minutes inside my house, left without finishing the job and without any explanation in what to do next. Terrible experience.

ML Pluming only get 2 stars on yelp for a reason. I'll give them only one star, given there is no zero star rating allowed. Someone came to inspect my device as part of home warranty, he just looked at it and did no more than I can do, he said he never worked on such system before and need a self research, and commit to get back to me in 1-2 hours. He sat in the car for quite a while and disappeared, never showing up again, never called to follow up with me. Instead, the warranty company called me saying they don't cover my device and will charge me anyway since their service person has already provided the service. Well ok, you can tell me eye to eye when you know this is not covered by you guys, I'll be fine if you just be honest and face the situation. But why you lie to me, just disappeared let me waiting, not dare to face the situation and let your warranty company to tell me instead? That's not only lying but also escaping from your responsibilities. You don't want to hire this kind of company for sure. In addition, I'll also dispute to the warranty company and give them a lesson, you have to be honest and take up your responsibilities as well, there will never be easy money to make in this world.
