If I could give this company a zero I would.
My home warranty company uses them so I was stuck. They were near impossible to reach to schedule coming out and when they did they ignored the issue of a slow shower drainage issue. Took care of the sink but the report was for both. My home warranty co. created a return request but they don't answer the phone even when they are open. I had the cell of the technician and texted him to please take care of the issue. I told him return request was made. He was rude and told me to stop texting him. I never was able to reach anyone so I had to pay another plumber to fix it and can't get my money back from home warranty co.

Marco came out and quickly found the leak when no other plumber was able to. Fast forward two months later...Now we have a leak coming from the shower and leaking from one floor to the other. We have water damage on the ceiling of the first floor, water damage in the bathroom. After three plumbers failed to correctly identify the source of the leak... Here comes Marco to the rescue! He is quick, efficient, and explains everything. Luckily my insurance company referred me here, but if he was not a provider I would still call him. He is excellent at what he does. Thank you Marco and ML Plumbing Services for an outstanding job!

They can ensure you'll be frustrated and waste hours of your time trying to get a simple drain unclogged. Drinking Drano would be a better experience than working with ML Plumbing.

Should give a shout out to First American Home Warranty for setting us up with this delightful company.

If you are looking for a company that misses their appointment times, doesn't answer the phone hardly at all, is rude, and will end up requiring to keep having them come out over and over to fix the issues...this is your company.

Shocker - was given this company by our home insurance company.

They booked me a 1PM appointment and said they'd call prior. 1PM comes, I hear nothing - so I call them. Martha answers and says the guys are on the way.

2PM comes... No techs arrive, no calls to me made. So I call again, she answers and says she'll check in on the driver and call me back. It's now 2:30PM and I have neither been called or had anyone arrive for the appointment where btw - THEY CHOSE THE TIME.

Happy to update this review if anyone ever shows up or calls me back, but this company clearly isn't convened with customer service or timeliness. Already on the phone to share this information to the home insurance and have them connect me with a more reliable plumber.

Run don't walk away from these guys as so many others have recommended. Please note that the owner has not claimed this business on YELP and for good reason. It appears that almost all of there business is via warranty companies. Like so many other reviews, they came out as part of the home warranty when I purchased my house. I had a leaking water heater. The gentleman barely looked at the heater and said I needed a new one. Like almost every other review, there were $550 in additonal costs for parts and added labour that the warranty company would not cover. I phoned my plumber (ML was the company the warranty company said I had to use) and asked him about the $550 for parts and extra labour. He indicated that he would charge me $350 for all parts and labour to install a new heater. FYI I phoned a local plumbing supplier and gave them a part to price for me and it was $12 and ML was going to charge me $65. Good plumbers charge you an hourly rate and pass on the parts cost to you (they usually just hand you over the invoice from the parts supplier and add the amount to the the labour charges the plumber incurs). Further, I asked them for a quote for the other water heater I have that had not failed but was very old and I wanted replaced and that they would charge me directly for. They said $1250. I asked what the make and model was and Martha the office girl refused to give me the info. She wan't being evasive, she just said they don't do that. I wanted to know because I wanted to determine roughly what they were charging me for the install (parts and hourly laour charges) so I could determine if they were trying to gouge me. Water heaters for the size I was interested cost $500 so they were going to charge me $750 for the instal. Remember, my plumber was only going to charge me $350.

I had ceiling leak and my friend recommend this company. Marco was able to quickly find the leaking point, which is from upstair sink drain line and it's at the edge of the wall. This position is hard to fix. I am happy that Marco is smart enough to fix the problem with a reasonable price.

Had a leak from the pre-filter for our whole-house water filter. We have a home warranty and I checked online but didn't see the service type so I called them and asked if the ""whole-house water filter"" was covered. The agent said he didn't know and put me on hold while he asked someone and came back and confirmed ""the whole-house water filtration system"" was in fact covered and said to submit it as pipe leak online. Great. ML was assigned and the guy walks half way into my garage and says ""that's not covered"" and started to walk away. I said I'd called to verify and so he called his boss, got off the phone and said again that it wasn't covered, there was no charge, and left. He was at my house for maybe a grand total of 90 seconds. He didn't even offer an estimate if I wanted to pay out of pocket for the repair (uhh, yeah! I don't want my garage to stay flooded!), but I was just left standing their dumbfounded - and now I'm guessing it's probably because like most every other plumbers I've dealt with they probably offer free estimates and so he didn't want to give me a number I might not accept so that they can still bill the home warranty company the $75 service fee instead of calling the visit a free estimate or maybe he didn't want the work? Fast forward 6 months and I get a bill from my home warranty provider that they want the service fee (the home warranty company NOT the plumbing company) and they say that ML reported that they provided service. Thankfully the home warranty company has a messaging system like banks and so I referenced my peeved off conversation about having been PRE-APPROVED for the repair specifically for the ""whole house filter"" and after about 5 phone calls and emails they finally said they could see how I may have been confused about how my contract works but are sure to point out that I misled them by selecting it as a pipe leak online (as their own agent guided me to do) so I should actually be responsible for the service call fee even if they didn't fix it because it wasn't covered and I was trying to be sneaky about it, but because I reported my compliant way back in Sept that they'd go ahead and waive it. SAY WHAT?! Even if I had tried to fool them, it WAS leaking from the pipe anyway. Meanwhile, while going round and round with them, I called ML and said WTH about a service fee when no service was performed and their guy said he wouldn't charge me and she yells about how someone has to pay for their time. I told her to take that up with the warranty company since they PRE-APPROVED it, not me and needed for her to straighten out with them that it had been reported that the service had actually been performed because even though it wasn't covered, it showed in their system as service provided (as she said, somebody gotta pay). She must have calmed down because she called me back to ask me all the same questions again - I think she was too pissed to hear me the first time - and said she'd call them. I figured she wouldn't or would report whatever to their benefit, so I sent the home warranty a message to reference the saved conversations, which is the point they waived the fee, because apparently the agents on the phone are too impaired to figure out the saved messages. Fast forward again to today, more than another month later (this is almost 7 months later), and I got a letter from a collection agent that ML had sent me to collections. So ML's employee tells me no charge and does not ask me for a payment and then somehow they're going to back pedal and say they want their money AND send me to collections AFTER it has been cleared with the home warranty company and with ZERO bills or warnings being sent before hand (I got absolutely nothing from ML, just this notice from their collections agency)??? If this shows up on my credit report, I will file a complaint with the state and report it as fraud. ML Plumbing: DO NOT EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN.

Marco is an awesome and genius plumber. He is fair and helpful, he has been helping me on multiple property projects and saved me thousands. From simple foucet replacement to slab leak that I had pricing with others, he has done the best job for very fair price. Most importantly he does the job with a minimal damage to save you from hassle of restoration. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to ML plumbing by our American home warranty company to come out and fix our water pressure regulator. When the plumber arrived he had no clue of what he was coming to fix, and when I told him it was the water pressure regulator he asked to look in our garage , when the water regulator is outside. I thought it was a bit strange and made no sense. Then after I had to show him where the pressure regulator was located, he then called the warranty company and notified them there would be a modification of $125 to install the regulator. So then after he told me that the modifications would need to be done in order to install it he kept looking at it and changed his prices from $125 to $250 then to $300 which made no sense. It seemed a bit shady when he kept changing prices and saying different prices all of a sudden. So then I told him I don't need his services, then he asked ""well aren't you going to pay me"" even though he did nothing or didn't change anything. Then left upset and said he would bill me and if he had to come back the prices would be higher which made no sense since he did nothing. I would be careful with this company because they seem like they don't know what they're doing and they want to charge you for anything to make modification that don't need to be done. On top of that he told my Home Warranty company that they were only charging $125 for modifications not $300.
