Matt is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and has reasonable pricing. We hired him to replace some shower and tub fixtures, repair a loose toilet, and fix some corroded plumbing. Matt showed up late and did not contact me. His fees were exorbinant. Triple charging for one specific task. he was good at communication. It was nice to get a picture of what needed to be done, but not at the price tag that only he seems to charge. But it took 5 hours to snake a drain and move a toilet for a total cost of $1300. WIll be using other company's in the future.

Although Matt seems to have more than enough work, he seems to me to be honest, thorough, respectful, calm. I am a single elder woman and he did not try to rip me off!
His phone communications with me were great. From the moment he arrived he helped me understand what is going on here. Additionally, he helped me to connect the correct person-people needed to get the job completed. I was comfortable having him here and am glad our paths have crossed. He did more than I thought he would do. I am happy to have met this man person and will call him again should I again have plumbing problems. For me the 'comfort' factor is big... as is trust. PEACE!!!

Matt came to my house to see if we could add a tankless water heater or replace the current water heater. Matt evaluated the situation, told me it was too expensive to replace the existing water heater with a tankless one and that my current water heater was running fine, so no need to replace it All at no charge.
