I used ML Construction to repair my gate. I live in a condo and we have a retractable metal gate for our carport that was getting stuck after it rained, when it was humid, and at various other times. They came out the same day as my initial contact and now my gate is working again. Their prices were much better than other gate repair companies I have used in the past.

Made an appointment to come at 7-30am to repair AC that wasn't working. No-one arrived and called them and they said someone should be there any minute and they would call us back in 5 minutes. Still nobody arrived and never called back. When I called back all I got was an answering service. Left me scrambling to find someone else at the last minute. Not reliable at all and extremely poor customer service.

I used ML construction when my AC recently went out, right as summer temperatures were starting to rise. My unit is very old and I was almost positive that it wouldn't make it another summer and had prepared myself for the worst. ML construction came out after hours and took the time needed to get to the root cause of the problem. Thankfully after a minor repair my AC is back up and running like a champ! The ML construction was prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and ethical (I could of easily been sold a entire new unit). This type of service is almost impossible to find these days- ML construction is all about customer satisfaction!

ML Construction is the real deal. I've had multiple services done through them, including but not limited to furnace repair, service of dishwasher and stove. Forget Geek Squad, ML construction can run cabling, move electrical outlets and hang those wonderful flat screens we love so much. I've actually just received a quote to repaint my deck as soon as the weather breaks. overall, I'd recommend their services to anyone. The pricing is lower than any other service tech you'll call. Not to mention you'll never have to miss work for the repair man again. In short, they get in, get the job done, and get on their way. They're really that quick and dependable. don't listen to me, be the judge yourself.

During a time where it's difficult to find professional quality service, ML Construction made it eminent that their main goal is to ensure their customers' receive their more than satisfactory quality services, this is something every consumer from homeowners to business owners deserve yet rarely receive; until now. ML Construction's qualified engineer has helped in replacing my furnace, & remodeling my entire basement.
