A bathtub that didn't drain properly prompted me to contact MKC late at night, they quickly responded to ask for my phone number, and someone reached out to me around 9 AM the following day. The guy quoted me and will come by before noon.

Upon diagnosis, he said the clog came from kitchen sink and will charge $20 more, so I agreed. He started to do his thing and within five minutes, our problem was solved. The bathtub drained perfectly!

Side note: the guy did not wear face mask and shoe covers.
