We had 2 water heaters replaced, he gave us the best pricing and top notch service! He spent over 7 hours at our house fixing other issues that needed attending. He is so friendly and an expert in his field. We plan on using him again to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system in a few months. It's so hard to find someone reliable and hard working, his rates are extremely fair as well!

My mom had three plumbing issues happen almost all at once. The sink in the laundry room sprung a leak, a toilet flush valve stopped working, and a waste pipe in the ceiling rotted away and began leaking sewage. She contacted many plumbers but only Kris called her back. He came over the same day, gave an estimate, and returned to complete the work the next morning. He was incredibly quick, friendly and professional. This is now our go-to plumber.

Chris from MKC Plumbing & Heating is a gem -- a craftsperson who takes pride in his work, is honest and fair-priced, cares about the quality of his work, and miraculously appears in a timely fashion! I first called Chris to replace my sink and 30 yr old constantly running kitchen faucet, broken sprayer and water filter. When he appeared, I also gave him a surprise list of about 8 other small repairs that needed doing. He went over to Home Depot, sent me photos to choose my new sink/faucet system, picked up whatever else he needed and came back to do 5 hours of solid work. As it happened, I called him on the last day of his vacation and he dropped what he was doing to take care of my job. A couple of minor things needed fine-tuning and he came back the next day even though we are a half hour away from him. He was good natured, didn't complain, and returned to make everything perfect! From now on, when I have plumbing issues, I will be calling Chris. I highly recommend him for honest, top-notch, reasonably priced plumbing work!

Imagine your boiler stops working and it's New Years Eve - and the weather is expected drop to below 20 degrees...well that's what happened to us. Having worked my way down the Yelp recommendations and getting either no response or no they don't repair boilers, I came upon MKC Plumbing. How lucky we were that Chris was able to fit us in, drive over and resolve the boiler issue and remedy the lack of heating. Chris was nearly stymied by the boiler, but he kept at it and didn't give up. Hardworking and honest, you'll feel as blessed as we did having found him. We will be keeping his number for future projects and emergencies.
