Mohamed was nothing short of AMAZING. In our recently renovated house, we had a major sewer drain backup that resulted in the flooding of our basement. He came out on Friday, evaluated the situation, showed up Saturday morning with a crew, and they spent 13 hours jackhammering through the basement floor, locating the sewer drain pipes, cutting them, jetting water through to clear the clog, then snaking and checking it with a camera. They arrived at 9:15 a.m. and left at 10:30 p.m., working tirelessly. I had been advised by other plumbers to approach it differently, and Mohamed calmly spoke with each of them to defend his approach. Ultimately, he was right. He even discovered that a sewer clean-out drain outside the house had been installed improperly, and he replaced it. Nothing but high praise for Mohamed.

Mohammad Is amazing!! My toilet waterline stop valve went bad and I needed it to be replaced! I remember that Mohammad had come to work on my sink pipes before and I saved his number. I called him and told him what was wrong and he sent me a picture of what I needed to buy from Lowes and he coached me over the phone on how to fix it! My toilet waterline is working like a dream!

A wise man once said, teach a man how to fish and he will never go hungry. I thank God for Mohammad because not only is he an amazing plumber, but he also taught me something new, so now I can help myself in the future or help someone else! Thank you Mohammad, from the bottom of my heart!

Our toilet was loose and leaking. We contacted our home warranty company and they assigned us to MK Plumbing. We were contacted by MK Plumbing the next day and they were on the scene within 48 hours of submitting our claim.

Mohamed was the technician who came to address our issues. He was highly professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what he needed to do to effect the repair. Upon beginning the repair, however, he discovered additional issues. He notified us immediately, provided us options on how to address the additional issue, quickly got the materials necessary to make the additional repairs and completed the job in rapid time. Even more importantly, he completely cleaned up after himself even asking for and using a disinfectant spray to wipe down the floor and walls in the vicinity of where he was working. He left the bathroom spotless!

Mohamed Kamara provided excellent services. We had a gas water heater failure, and we contacted him that day. He provided an estimate cost over the phone which included bring the water heater up to code, picking up the new and hauling away the old gas water heater. He provided same day service, and the overall experience was great. The plumber arrived outside the 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm window, took about 3 hours to replace the water heater, was professional and friendly throughout the visit, and now hot water has been restored to our home! I would happily recommend his services.

Out water heater was not working and he performed wrong diagnosis. When called for the recall, he kept on promising he will fix it but never showed up. Wasted me days with no hot water. He is too unreliable

On August 8th, 2021, our home warranty company sent two people over from MK Plumbing. They were to be fixing a leak for the faucet attached to the hose of the washing machine. They fixed that but didn't secure the hose. I did ask them should this be secured with a zip tie and he said yes. One would think plumbers would have their materials or at least, go somewhere they could get the materials. The person told us they forgot the zip ties. Well, I ran the washing machine and when we came back, there was water all over the floor in the laundry room and it had gone out into the hallway and it warped the wood. We had to go to the store, get a wet vac and towels to soak up the water. We also purchased the zip ties ourselves and put them on the hose - no issues. My husband called and the person on the other end was no help.

I had the BEST experience with MK Plumbing on 5/20/21. The Customer Service and Professionalism was Excellent. The tech was very careful as he disabled my toilet. He wore his PPE and cleaned up almost better than I :0)

He answered all my questions and finished the job quickly. I think it was completed in 15 - 20 minutes. I am a customer 4 life.
