I reached out to several plumbing companies regarding a smell coming from the shower drain. Thought we had a problem with our water heater, expansion tank and PRV at street. Called out a plumber from ARS Rescue Rooter and was told everything was broken and needed to be replaced. Cost $2700. Called Mark Zern the next day (based on recommendations) ... Mark came out, said not one thing was broken, tweaked a few levers, relieved some trapped air in system and it works great.
