I had an issue with a shower fixture that became dislodged from my shower wall. Michael was easy to work with, talking with me about the issue via both text message and phone before scheduling a convenient time to come take a look at my issue. Unfortunately, despite Michael's best effort, we weren't able to immediately resolve the issue due to a pre-existing structural issue with my wall & tile. Before he left he also assessed the water pressure of my home to ensure that wasn't causing any issues. I'll be sure to keep Michael in mind for future plumbing needs.

I can't recommend them enough! I called Mike on a Sunday, because my sump pump wouldn't turn off and was making a horrible noise. He told me he could come out and replace it that same day. He even asked me what time was convenient for me? He was up front about the charges, which were beyond reasonable. He arrived promptly and explained what needed to be done. Mike is extremely honest and wants to make sure his customers are treated fairly. I will definitely be using him again for any plumbing needs and have already recommended him to my friends and neighbors.

Michael replaced a broken water pressure valve (PRV) for me today along with a corroded shut off valve and a really old sump pump. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I love how he uses high quality parts for his work. He explained everything to me very well and in detail. His work was also very clean and neat. I called Mike in the evening on Memorial Day with a badly clogged kitchen sink. To my surprise, Mike said that he would be over my house in 30 minutes to take care of the issue. I couldn't believe he was willing to come over immediately at 8pm on a holiday. Mike is extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He had the issue fixed and was cleaned up within an hour. He saved the day and I will now call Mike for any future plumbing issues.

Mike is a plumber like no other. Nothing but 5 star reviews surely made me skeptical but I'm glad I went with Mike.

He's is easily reachable by text or phone. He'll arrive when he says he does, and he'll make sure you're satisfied at multiple check points throughout his work and his estimates are fair, and accurate. If he can expand and do a little extra he'll offer it and provide the cost before he does anything additional.

I've had him do two separate jobs and extremely happy with both. Customer service is clearly a strength of his as he's a friendly, courteous and even taught me a few things along the way.

I had a backflow preventer that was constantly leaking water into a basement drain. Mike came the next day, took care of the problem, and diagnosed the cause - a failing pressure reducer. He completed the repair in short order at a reasonable rate (the rate he quoted me over the phone the previous day), and clearly explained all the steps he was taking. Would definitely call again for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Competitive pricing, doesn't sell you more services than you need, quick to respond, on time, gets the job done. Had quote from larger company that was extremely high for the work being done. Mike gave me a quote over the phone based on photos and stuck to it. Fixed everything in about an hour. Overall, great.
