My husband and I had a terrific experience with our plumbing needs with Mike. Our water heater had conked out due to a broken valve and Mike responded to our situation in a very timely manner, and extended himself beyond the call of duty. Our home is new so the part was covered under warranty still and Mike picked up the new valve and returned our old one on our behalf. His level of communication was excellent always informing us every step of the way. When he got to our home, he fixed our water heater under 2 hours and had hot water running again. Mike was very efficient and had a very smooth flow and professional demeanor while fixing our water heater. He gave great recommendations and a clear diagnosis of what happened to our water heater. We also contacted about a dozen companies for an estimate and Mike has competitive pricing. We are very impressed with his caliber of service and will be using him for all our plumbing needs from now on.

We had a leak, and Michael came out to do an estimate today for us. He was honest and told us that the source of the leak was not a plumbing related issue but rather a different issue. Honest guy and I would recommend him for that alone.

Michael came out today to do an estimate on replacing some copper piping. He was on time, called ahead, gave a fair quote, and got to work right away. He even checked my water pressure and offered a quote on some other work that could be done, but there was never any pressure. He seemed knowledgeable.

I would like to note that he was one of the few companies willing to come out quickly, offer a fair price, and get the work done right away. Quite a few other places wanted upfront deposits, couldn't come out till next week, or never even responded. Which is bad for them because I may have just found my plumber for life (this is the first time I have had plumbing work done, just bought our house).
