Looking at the last review left, it seems like that persons issue is with the warranty company which I agree is not great. They denied our claim but we needed our shower faucet and handles replaced so we went ahead with services. Danny Moseley was our plumber and let me just say, he was fantastic. Very friendly, very polite, got to work quickly, and even went to Home Depot to get me a spout that matches the set he installed for me because it turned out he needed to replace that as well (we have a pretty old house) and he only had a brass one on him. Can I just say how awesome it was that he took extra time out of his day to make sure my shower was not only functional but matched??? I also asked him to look at a sink that was draining slowly and since it was a simple fix he didn't even charge me for it.

Great communication, always here about 10 mins early and super duper friendly. I will be using these guys exclusively from now on!

The operation they have going with home warranties is a scam. They try to give you a downgraded piece of equipment and tack on all kinds of fees saying these are required based on code. Mike is about as rude as one could be. Steer clear and find somebody else.
