MJM did great work on my full system changeout! The techs were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I will be using them again and recommending them to others!

MJM, seems people have been satisfied but I would never use or recommend MJM. Had a representative come to my hoe to provie a quote to replace my upstairs and down stairs air conditioning units. One is dead the other very old. My rep said he'd have a quote that day or the next, this was Monday. I followed up with him on Thursday and he said he'd have it that day, I got it that eve. He only quoted one unit. Followed up the next day and he said he was still working on the other unit. I followed up 6 days later and got an exact duplicate of my first quote for the 2nd unit. I don't think he was interested in the business, wish he would have said that up front and it was obvious he didn't put much thought or effort into the quote. If this is a reflection of MJM, no way. I'd be afraid they'd care about the installation about the same as they cared about my quote. I found someone who actually acts interested in my business.

Unbelievably unprofessional, would not recommend for anything. Below sub par Hvac work, plumbing and professionalism. Poor communication and even worse at customer service.
