After assuring me that no job was too small, Mike took 4 days to get to the job. I am an out of town condo owner and needed 3 towel bars tightened. He charged $125.00 and tightened two of them, removed the third and left it under the sink. He said it was either the wrong bracket or the bracket was bent and couldn't be tightened. On my next trip down I put a 25 cent washer behind the bracket and it tightened the towel bar. The drywall had been wallowed out from tightening the bracket to far into the wall. I'll look elsewhere for help next time.
