He happened to be in the area and was at my house an hour later. Michael is hands down the best plumber I've ever worked with. I have not had good experiences with plumbers in the past so I dread it when new issues arise. I've had it all happen...price gauging, dishonesty, untidy, untimely, poor quality of work, nickel and diming...you name it.

These guys on the other hand exceeded all expectations.

My wife and I are in escrow with new buyers and were scrambling to meet the repair request items indicated in the home inspection report within a tight deadline. I called several plumbers, a half dozen or so, and as expected, dealt with exorbitant quotes, unwillingness to commit to a timeframe, rudeness and so on.

When we contacted Michael we explained our predicament and he understood how important it was for us to address our plumbing issues and the urgency of our situation to close escrow on time. We set an appointment with a quick turnaround, he arrived precisely when promised, repaired all issues with speed and precision and was great at communicating the work being performed. They had to remove several personal items from beneath our master bathroom sinks and everything was spotless when the work was finished.

Additionally there was an additional plumbing item listed in the repair request we forgot to ask about when inquiring for the quote. When I shared it with Michael after-the-fact he said it was a simple fix and would only take 2 minutes and wouldn't charge me. In my experience, many plumbers would use that as an opportunity to tack on a hundred bucks!

I can't stress it enough...If you're not using these guys, you're probably getting hosed!

We had a toilet flood & my contractor recommended MJF Plumbing & said they were the best. We needed a new water heater & 7 valves. Mike's pricing was less than buying and installing just a water heater from Home Depot. His crew was on time, took my old water heater, installed everything in about 2 hours, wore masks & gloves, and out of the goodness of his heart, rehooked up my washer, & dryer. He checked my washer, too & discovered it had a leak, then gave me a great referral to an appliance repairman who fixed my Maytag washer the next day also for a great price.
