I called them after the temperature control in my shower stopped working. There were only 2 temperatures - hot and SCALDING.
Mike was easily accessible, and great to work with. He came on time, and when we encountered some challenges left by the previous owners he went above and beyond to get things fixed. He ended up having to saw off the shower handle and spent an hour on the phone with American Standard making sure they had the replacement part needed. He even got them to ship it to me at no additional charge.
