My bathroom sink & tub drains were slowing. I called MJA & they came the next day. Carlo did a good job of opening the drains. He cleaned up from his work. He took time to explain to me as to how to prevent clogged drains in the future. I was happy with the service and would call them again.

Called for backed up water in the kitchen sink, basement laundry sinks, with additional water coming up from the basement floor drains. They showed up later that afternoon. After assessing the situation, they very quickly rooted out the sink drain and the main sewer line from the house to the street. We were back in business in no time.

Would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Quick professional service, reasonably priced, and answered the million plumbing questions I asked them along the way.

What great service! Dylan was fantastic. Very efficient, knowledgeable and with reasonable rates. We had a pipe burst in the cold and he found the trouble, worked in a very tiny space and had us up and running in a few hours. He was exceedingly polite and cleaned up well. I used MJA. Not at all helpful. My water heater broke, and they installed a new one. I asked for the shut off valve to be easily located for emergencies. They made it impossible to reach. I asked to how to adjust the hotwater temp, they did not show me how, and to top it off the located the hatch to acess the adjustment knob mpossible to reach.

MJA Plumbing was referred by a non-profit that they do work for. Mike established good communication from the get-go and not only took care of the stated issue at our rental 2-flat---replacing a kitchen faucet and drain pipes---but also jumped into resolving the next two issues the tenant had---low water pressure in the 1st Floor unit and a sluggish drain. Really pragmatic and efficient, Mike will do what needs to be done within budget. We are going to have him come back for multiple projects at the 2-flat and our home. A really good value---we have finally found a plumber we can count on!
