Our first attempt to use of Moran was an appointment was for 7 am. A few days before that, we got call to say that they'd had an emergency at a school...so they rescheduled us.

The second appointment was for 7-8 am, we waited till 7:45 am. Since no one from Moran called us, we called them. A female said they had an emergency and she guessed that he would be here in another hour or so (we had a dental appointment that interfered so canceled.)

We made third appointment, then discussed this lack of professionalism and customer service. This first appointment was to lead to an annual service contract, but given the lackadaisical treatment can we trust them?

Unsure, we are still mulling that one.

And an emergency for HVAC when the lovely fall weather is 50 at lowest, 70 at highest? In January when it's freezing, yes--but really?

Decided to try another company.

MJ Moran came out in the summer to repair my Hayward pool heat pump that had stopped working. Service man was knowledgeable and located to problem right away. After he did a nice job cleaning the debris that had accumulated on the unit. Highly recommended. Thanks! Repair price was very reasonable.

Love these guys they are always extremely prompt, show up within a few hours of calling! They are Very polite and friendly and will take the time to explain the situation to you. We recently had a flood in the basement due to a burst pipe outside. I called at 5:45 in the morning they were here within the hour! Can't say enough good things about them call with confidence they are an excellent business to use! Thanks guys!
