You want a Public Adjuster for an insurance claim NOT Mitigation Inc....

If you want the job done, don't hire this company!!!!
There are lots of red flags... Travis is excellent at playing DUMB & acting like his company is the best & is so busy!!! Do not sign anything with them!!! They would not provide itemized bills/bids/lacked follow-up/came unannounced to our home @ weird & very late times....
Migiation Inc. appears to be very disorganized with odd hours & people working there. They promised they would complete our small kitchen leak job very quickly... DO not trust them!!! I hired them in June 2019 & it's now November 2019...I gave them a deposit of $8,000 & they worked 8 days total & stopped working....in my opinion....They tried to bilk our insurance company for over $15,000. They had the inability to complete our job. They double billed AAA insurance for previous work done by Servicemaster....
We still do not have our kitchen floors/cabinets/plumping/paint..They got over $8,000 to start our work & then billed our insurance for $15,493.99 more...If you want your job completely done ...YOU MUST NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! A quote from Travis ""Reputation is everything""...My quote ""I believe in Karma!!"" There is a special place HELL for companies like this!!!!

Mitigation was highly recommended in our area so we decided to give them a try after discovering we had a leak from our third floor bathroom that had penetrated a nearby closet and on down to the second floor living/dining area. From initial consultation to job completion they were professional, friendly, safe, responsive and always strived to reach a decision best for us. We used Mitigation for leak detection, plumbing repair and final restoration. Their all in one service offering made it faster and easier to get the job done and deal with our home owners insurance claim, which they even helped us navigate.

Anytime you have a crew working in your house for an extended period of time it can feel invasive from the people to the chaos of a construction zone. Their crew was super friendly, reliable, trustworthy and made sure their work areas, use of bathrooms etc. we're CLEAN after use. I was appreciative that they paid such attention to detail in keeping our house as clean as possible during the process.

Finally, as a woman, I felt safe having their workers and the various sub trade people in my home.

Everything is fixed and the restoration is complete. You can't tell anything ever happened.

I had another pipe leak in my house and I knew exactly who to call. 6 years ago I used Mitigation to repair a previous leak and the damage it caused and I didn't even hesitate to contact them again. Travis and Tony were extremely responsive and the final work was outstanding. They did all of the mold control, great job repairing and painting drywall, and built a custom pantry cabinet that was destroyed in the leak. Can't even tell this wasn't the original cabinet. It was a total match to the 10 year old cabinets in the kitchen. And even though there was a bit of a hiccup (things happen in construction), you can always judge a company based on how they rectify things. And in this regard, Travis and his team went above and beyond in making it right. These folks are the real deal!
