My home warranty company arranged Mitch's Plumbing to address an issue with a toilette. I set up the appointment with my home warranty company on line early this morning, spoke with someone at Mitch's in Salinas at about 730, was told a service tech would be at my place between 9 and 10, and he showed up around 9:10, did great service, was very nice. FIxed it very quickly, was very polite and informative. great.

Not to invalidate Janelle C.'s experience, but my own experience with Mitchell's Plumbing has been terrific. I don't remember how I first found my way to Kyle Mitchell, but I've used him for years now and I've been 100% pleased with his work. He's always responded promptly to my calls or e-mails and is usually available within a couple of days. I have compared his rates to others, such as Duncan Plumbing, and his are much more reasonable. (Duncan Plumbing does good work but they charge a small fortune.)
There have been occasions where I've called him and the problem was so minor and quick to fix that he charged me nothing.
I only have experience with Kyle (the owner); it appears now he has some associates working with him, but I have always been beyond satisfied with Kyle's work and availability. I would recommend Mitchell's Plumbing without reservation.

First American Home Warranty referred Mitchell Plumbing to repair or replace my garbage disposal. They were prompt, and replaced my garbage disposal. They even fixed an R/O water spigot on our sink too.
I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs and requirements.

Was directed to this person by American Home Warranty (by the way don't ever have service from them either). Problem re-occurred within the day of plumbers leaving. Called and emailed within 24hrs but did not get a response for over a week leading me to dispute the charge on my Credit Card. Had to hire someone else to do the work as it was a backed up toilet on the main sewer line and a family cannot go without a toilet. To add salt to the wound I was forced to pay $75 for the service that didn't work or risk a negative mark on my credit report. Never again! Always check with your neighbors first before hiring anyone then you will get the whole scoop! So in summation I double paid for the service because Mitchell's Plumbing did not do the job correctly the first time and it was crickets when trying to get them to call or come back.
