I filed a claim through American home warranty and within an hour Kyle from Mitchell's plumbing called lined up a time to come the next day and arrived on time and got the job done within an hour. They were great they even notice we were shoes off house and immediately took the boots off. Very courteous very focused and friendly. I highly recommend them they know what they're doing and they get the job done. They even showed me how to do another little job I was wanting to do by myself.

The same day I call our home warranty company, they suggest I contact Mitchell's Plumbing directly, which I do, and most of the time Martin comes out that very same day! Mitchell Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty like another reviewer because they were available before our regular company (I think you get what you get with ours). They were Clean, Prompt, entirely Courteous, professionally dressed, and treated my family and myself with respectful verbiage and body language. I never felt a gimmicky or unsafe vibe (like some chain companies do). They had all their tools with and their work vans with them (which btw, they have a great look to vans- cool logo). They listened to what I knew, what I didn't, and offered advice on what to do. They literally wasted zero time as I'm a watchful client. I was able to make a very important meeting because of it and most importantly, they fixed the problem. They also told me specific issues that involved our particular area and our hardware- and additional knowledge I could do to increase efficiency that didn't involve upselling. One of the solutions I hadn't heard yet. However I will use them and my other Union shop in the future depending upon scheduling needs. I would say Mitchell and George Wilson plumbing are on my top list. I won't know how long term the fix is until later and I will post. Priced fair.

Our home warranty assigned us Mitchell's Plumbing, and not for the first time. Each time, Martin has come out, and has proven himself to be professional, well-informed, hard working and willing to go the extra mile. Today he came out to snake the mainline in an old cast iron system. He quickly understood the scope of the problem and diagnosed the underlying issue. It was related to the septic tank, which had been pumped yesterday. It's unhealthy state had led to a problem in the waste plumbing. Martin cleared the line, and gave sound and clear advice on preventive maintenance steps, which you can bet we will follow.

I highly recommend Mitchell's Plumbing for their professionalism, work ethic, and high level of customer care.

Through my home warranty, we were assigned Mitchell plumbing to fix the leaking/does not turn on garbage disposal. When I call them they wanted to come the next day but we were out of town. They accommodated us with a date and time that works best for our schedule. A very courteous plumber by the name of Martin replaced our garbage disposal within 15 minutes he was done. He arrived on time and even removed and left his shoes outside the front door without being asked. He was able to answer our questions which shows his expertise.

Mitchell Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company. I had originally been assigned a different plumber (Alliance out of Castroville), but they were hard to reach and I asked that my request be given to another company. That's where Mitchell's came in. I am soooo happy with them. They called the same day and asked if they could come by in 30 minutes! Absolutely! (I had already been waiting for 3 days for the other guy).

After he got here he took a look at our backed up kitchen sink, got out his tools and within 30 minutes had it completely fixed. He was very nice and his customer service was great. For any future plumbing needs, whether with the home warranty or not, I'm definitely going to them.

We were also assigned Mitchell's Plumbing thru our home warranty. They came out promptly to replace our kitchen faucet. All was well until we realized how loose the faucet was. We called multiple times over the course of a couple of weeks, left messages (since no one ever picked up) but NEVER got a return call response. Fortunately, we were able to get the loose faucet fixed on our own. Not sure if or when we'll ever get a call back from Mitchell's.

I was assigned Mitchell Plumbing from my home warranty company. I had called another plumber who said it would cost $1400 to fix my problem and include removing and replacing tiles. Thank God I checked if the shower was covered under my home warranty as it was covered. Mitchell plumbing came out, ordered a part, and got the job done for my $125 deductible without removing tiles. They were pleasant, professional and saved me over $1200.
