Mitchell's Plumbing was contracted by my home warranty company, and they were great!

Unlike most, if not all, of the vendors my home warranty contracts, Kyle called me and arrived the morning immediately after I submitted my service request!

He was very friendly, courteous, and fixed our issue immediately by replacing our faucet!

Their prices are also about 60% less than other local competitors I've used. I'm already considering them for other plumbing issues we need to take care of!

I've been wanting to give my review a long time ago but never had a chance to do it but this time I made sure I spend time writing it. We live in this county for a quarter of a century and we had the recommendation of Mitchell's plumbing from the previous owner of the house we bought. Martin is an honest guy, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectable and kind. I just want to emphasize the word respect. He is such a respectful person because he always cover his shoes especially when the job is upstairs of the house , and our house is carpeted with a very light carpeting and the stain shows clearly afterwards. A lot of workman won't bother to do that and I'm not happy when that happens. Unlike any other company in this county, I tried a few, they will nickel and dime and most of them are very dishonest. Martin and his team are very professional, very hardworking, generous and such a great example of an honest company. It's very rare to find nowadays! I'm a very picky customer, I observes people of their quality and integrity of work but I am also loyal.

Called home warranty company at 8:15am. Got a call back from Mitchell's at 1pm and Kyle was at my house at 3pm. Wow never had this quick of a response ever. Great job. He even took his shoes off to come into the house.

I have called these folks numerous times over the years and Robert has always been there when I needed him whether it's time to replace aged toilets with low flows or simply running a snake through the sewer system. Always on time and always fixed first time. Very affordable too.

Wow! Great service. Initial bump getting service due to worker vacays, but they came today and worked diligently to solve a tricky claw foot tub pipe issue. Kyle even connected my new shower head without me asking. Martin was also great! Super polite, clean, and reasonably priced. I totally recommend.

I filed a claim through American home warranty and within an hour Kyle from Mitchell's plumbing called lined up a time to come the next day and arrived on time and got the job done within an hour. They were great they even notice we were shoes off house and immediately took the boots off. Very courteous very focused and friendly. I highly recommend them they know what they're doing and they get the job done. They even showed me how to do another little job I was wanting to do by myself.
