Through my home warranty, we were assigned Mitchell plumbing to fix the leaking/does not turn on garbage disposal. When I call them they wanted to come the next day but we were out of town. They accommodated us with a date and time that works best for our schedule. A very courteous plumber by the name of Martin replaced our garbage disposal within 15 minutes he was done. He arrived on time and even removed and left his shoes outside the front door without being asked. He was able to answer our questions which shows his expertise.

Mitchell Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company. I had originally been assigned a different plumber (Alliance out of Castroville), but they were hard to reach and I asked that my request be given to another company. That's where Mitchell's came in. I am soooo happy with them. They called the same day and asked if they could come by in 30 minutes! Absolutely! (I had already been waiting for 3 days for the other guy).

After he got here he took a look at our backed up kitchen sink, got out his tools and within 30 minutes had it completely fixed. He was very nice and his customer service was great. For any future plumbing needs, whether with the home warranty or not, I'm definitely going to them.

We were also assigned Mitchell's Plumbing thru our home warranty. They came out promptly to replace our kitchen faucet. All was well until we realized how loose the faucet was. We called multiple times over the course of a couple of weeks, left messages (since no one ever picked up) but NEVER got a return call response. Fortunately, we were able to get the loose faucet fixed on our own. Not sure if or when we'll ever get a call back from Mitchell's.

I was assigned Mitchell Plumbing from my home warranty company. I had called another plumber who said it would cost $1400 to fix my problem and include removing and replacing tiles. Thank God I checked if the shower was covered under my home warranty as it was covered. Mitchell plumbing came out, ordered a part, and got the job done for my $125 deductible without removing tiles. They were pleasant, professional and saved me over $1200.
I highly recommend Mitchell plumbing.

We had a plumbing issue and wanted to use a local company. Read the reviews and decided on Mitchell's. Kyle called back within a half hour of leaving a message. He was at our home within the hour and fixed our plumbing problem.

Assigned to Mitchell's plumbing through home warranty, I was a little apprehensive about hiring a company with whom I was unfamiliar. Here's what happened: prompt phone call, ""I can come now"", he says, arrived on time, fixed the problem. Had to come back with a part the next day, and got here precisely when he said he would (a Saturday morning, mind you.) Kyle was extremely professional, cleaned up constantly throughout the job. Highly recommend.

One of the drawbacks of cooking extensively is when you have the bad habit of letting your ""garbage disposal"" do most of the work when ridding of all your food prep waste. It doesn't matter how amazing your pipes are or how bloody destructive your disposal unit is; it is a matter of time before you get a clog somewhere along the line that will make you freak out and call up a plumber to fix your mess.

Here's the thing: I don't mind calling a plumber. I do mind, however, when it comes to which plumber comes (just like the same way it comes to which mechanic will fix your car). You don't just settle for any plumber right? You don't just let anyone come and waltz away with another portion of your hard-earned money yeah?

Well, our home warranty assigned us to Mitchell's plumbing yet again, which the lady was exceptionally pleased about. It has been more than two years since the last visit but they proved to be exceptionally competent and honest when it comes to servicing all home plumbing issues. They do not take shortcuts and are thorough in making sure your pipes are good to go for a few years (of lazy mistakes like mine). They give out advice freely as well in how to avoid the same bloody issues that brought them here.

It was a fast $100 out of my pocket because they unclogged all the pipes that had issues within 15 minutes. He gave me extensive advice to avoid it from happening again. He even explained how the mess happened in the first place (in excruciating detail, which I totally appreciated). Here's to another few years of healthy pipes and if anything happens again, I know exactly who I want to show up at my house.

Now I wonder if there is a way to unclog my arteries for $100. All these years of heavy eating...sigh...
