They sent a repairman out to complete a job he couldn't do. They overbilled for the time and make excuses to try and justify. They had to send a more competent repairman out the next day (who was excellent) to complete what the first guy couldn't. That man even spoke to the incompetence of some of his coworkers. They're on the manufacturers website as authorized repair technicians but after the job was started, I was told 'oh my apologies we don't deal with warranties but since we started, we'll go ahead and finish.

They inspected everything, identified some code violations, and wrote up an estimate. Offered financing. They came back a week later and did a great job - price was exactly what they estimated.
