Very Unprofessional. I have the misfortune of being the next-door neighbor of the residence that Mitchell Plumbing is working on in North Braddock PA. They pulled up this morning in three vehicles parking the one on my sidewalk. As the day went on the debris started piling up on my property and the neighbor on the other side as well. For reasons unknown to me they think it is acceptable to place corroded plumbing parts, empty boxes, hoses, and garbage in general on the properties adjacent to where they are working with no regard for the property owner. I have lots of photos which I will add later. Besides their unprofessional behavior, they had the audacity to park their car in the handicapped spot of a 75-year-old woman who was at church and had to walk further than normal when she came home. ( she walks with a cane and a walker with difficulty) She was so worked up to see all the debris on her property and was concerned it was going to ruin her fence she started to move it herself. They at least had the decency to stop her and help her move the debris. That is the reason for the 1 star.

Called Mitchells plumbing for a leak with my laundry room faucet. They advised me to buy a faucet of my liking. Matt showed up an analyzed the situation. He replaced my faucet and I no longer have the Ohio River running thru my laundry room.

Our plumber Dougie came in the evening when our water heater let go and flooded the laundry room. I called Mitchell 24 hour service at 6:30 pm and he was at our house with a new gas water heater at 7:15. He was very professional and efficient. He got the old one out and put it on his truck. He then hooked up the new one. He was done and leaving by 8:30. It wasn't as painful as I thought it might be.

I had a new furnace installed on 3/25/22 by Mitchell Plumbing the techs ( three of them) that came were very clean, personable and knew what they were doing very nice gentlemen they explained how to operate my new furnace in depth and were very patient with me ( I'm 76 yrs.) I will definitely recommend Mitchells Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors in fact I am in need of some toilet repair in the near future and Mitchells is the first place I will call Thank- You Mitchells for your knowledgeable techs and wonderful service.

I called home depot in the Am for an
estimate for a new Ac unit, and was transferred to Mitchell heating ac plumbing service. I dont normally right reviews but the service was so quick and excellent without hassles I had to write one.. Mitchell sent out Mr. Quinn, who gave me written prices ranges depending what I needed and brand etc. I told him about the problem I had with the Ac and I wanted to have it checked before I committed to replacing the one I had. He told me the office would call me soon to set something up and they sent someone within two hours. I was impressed with the service and didnt try to just say replace it, he promptly checked what I thought was wrong with it and found something so minor when other companies only wanted to replace my system. Mutchell saved me a few thousand dollars and the cost of repair was cheap. Honest people that I would recommend

I can't believe the con job. The plumber worked for 25 minutes and then talked to me about music. Guitar playing, vocals to songs, his entire families' problems for over an hour! I thought he was killing time because it was the end of the day. Nope. He charged me 2 hours labor. Then he acted like he might have to charge me 350 dollars extra for using a hand snake. CON job Master.

I scheduled a ""winter tuneup"" for my furnace. The guy was in the basement for less than 10 minutes before he told me I had a cracked heat exchanger and I needed a brand new furnace. So I called in a second company, their guy spent half an hour looking for evidence of a cracked heat exchanger and didn't find anything. I stopped payment on the check for my ""tuneup"" since all I got was BS. Mitchell never even called me about the stopped payment. I guess they figure it's the cost of doing business when your business is running scams.

I called Home Depot yesterday afternoon to replace a Hot Water Heater.....the lead was given to Mitchells.....a lady called me from there- very very very nice and funny lady....very friendly and personable....This morning, DAN, from Mitchells arrived at my house after calling to say he was on his way....he arrived shortly after, in 10 minutes, he had the old tank out, brought in the new one, and he was gone in less than an hour.....the thing works perfect, the water is hot hot hot already.....DAN was an awesome gentleman.....very respectful, very nice, very neat and clean, perfect job, no complications......amount due was To The Penny of the amount I was quoted ON THE PHONE by the nice lady. Very smooth transaction, very fast, honest to God, I will call this company again if I have a plumbing issue.......DAN was OUTSTANDING, perfect gentleman.

You couldn't have a worse company. Complete incompetence and negligence. Mitchell recommended an AC unit that was too small to cool the house and can not cool when hot. The also sold us a defective unit that needed $1,500 in repairs the first few years from defective coils that they hid from the consumer. I have had experts review the problem and they insist the unit is too small. Mitchell denies the obvious and makes lame excuses and fabricate data to repudiate any responsibility. False claims include the ductwork can't accommodate a larger unit, we need a new furnace, and we need to add insulation. None of which are accurate. They never even diagnosed two separate problems and instead chose to fabricate phoney excuses and charge for service that is negligent and further enriches them. They violate State consumer protection laws and Federal warranty laws by selling defective products and workmanship and relying on a faulty warranty to disclaim they obligations.
Stay away - far away from these crooks and liars - you'll regret it
