Ted, the owner operator, is great - honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable! He put in our new water filtration system, replaced an old toilet with a worn out seal and proper pressure regulating valve. He knows what he is doing, obviously very experienced, and very open to hearing out what we needed we wanted and in terms would advise us on the best way to accomplish it. I would highly recommend Ted and Mitchell Plumbing for all your home and business plumbing needs!

It is hard to find a good plumber, that is reasonable and shows up when he is supposed to. Well, Ted not only lets you know when he can help you, he is reasonable and does great work. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. I have had him fix my water heater, install new toilets and fix a broken pipe in my shower that my son decided to hang on.

I hired Ted Mitchell to fix some leaks, and while he was here he convinced me that he could improve my water pressure. He did a horrible job. My water pressure is actually worse now., and there are still leaks. On top of his unsatisfactory work, he was incredibly rude to me. He did not stand by his work, and fix the problems that he caused. I actually had to hire a different plumber to come out and fix his mistakes.

I have used Ted Mitchell several times to work on my home. He is very punctual and has always done an excellent job for us. He installed an instant hot water dispenser, new garbage disposal, changed faucet fixtures, and various other repairs too.
