We have had many issues with our plumbing the last few weeks. I called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing three different times in just a short amount of time and they have been extremely helpful throughout the entire stressful process. They are extremely professional and always willing to help me out. The plumbers and the woman I spoke with every time I made an appointment were great.

I will definitely be working with them in the near future for future plumbing issues.

This last visit was not an emergency but when I called they were willing/able to come out the same day.

The work done was, as usual, excellent and the cost was very fair.

Hopefully I will not have to call them again, but if I have a plumbing issue they will be the first I call.

This is a very reputable company. Last summer my 43 year old home needed repiping due to a major water leak; this summer the house main line from the house to the street connection broke. In both cases, they were professional, efficient, and fair. I would highly recommend this coming to others and feel fortunate that they are here in my area.

Came out same day. Jesse was enthusiastic and knew what had to be done and especially what didn't! A kitchen sink, unclogged the bathroom and restored hot water to it. Checked a problem with our thermocouple on the water heater when we've been told many many times the whole thing needs to go and was honest about it! Will be back for the shower next!

I had a leaking ToTo toilet (the valve was bad). I was messaging them through yelp throughout the Father's Day weekend and their response was prompt and polite. I called the following Monday and got an app for the next day. Jesse arrived early (which I'm glad he did) and he was polite and nice to talk to. After he had replaced the valve and cleaned it up, I had to call him back half an hour after he left because another problem had occurred with the same toilet and he came back quickly. He fixed the 2nd problem (leaking washer) without charging me extra (it actually took longer to fix this problem).

The next day I noticed the toilet was still leaking and the water level was dropping so I called Jesse again. They send Ivan out to take a look shortly after. Ivan replaced the valve with another new one and switched out the old flapper and it seems to resolve the issue.

Overall I am very happy with their service and responsiveness. I would definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them!

Best plumbing service ever. I think I've found a lifelong plumber. Jesse came, looked at my plumbing problem, and knew exactly what to do. He was unbelievably friendly, and after doing the clear out he even washed down my backyard to make sure my kids wouldn't be exposed to the chemicals. And the best part was how reasonable the price was, much cheaper than any plumber I called in the area. Awesome service, thanks!

Jessy helped me out with a clogged toilet. He was very easy to communicate with and a very solid guy. We ran into some unexpected issues but he took care of it. He also told me that he loves working for Mitch and the company and that he was a great guy who treated his employees with respect.
