Contacted Mitch Clemmons Plumbing this morning for help with my water softener. Glen showed up on time and, took a look, and promptly assisted me with adding salt and starting the regeneration process. Very nice man, advised me on the next step with a softener maintenance specialist, and did not even charge me for the service call. He referred to it as a courtesy call, and wished me luck with the next step.
The next time I have a plumbing issue, Mitch Clemmons gets the job!

Called MCP on Saturday morning to check on my water heater. They arrived shortly thereafter. Prior to their arrival, I was texted by the company with a picture of our service personnel and his name (Felix) as well as his background and experience. After talking with Felix and looking at the options, we decided to go ahead and replace the unit. Felix explained everything prior to beginning and what would be done as well as time and cost. Felix did notice some things that needed to be up to code and made those changes as well, at no charge. He was professional throughout the whole process. Great company and great service.

First time using Mitch Clemmons Plumbing, and I was very impressed with their service. My kitchen sink backed up with water and food debris. As I was in the midst of baking (mid-afternoon), I was getting nervous about not being able to clean up and wash all the dishes especially not knowing if I could get anyone to fix the problem so late in the day. Within an hour after calling Mitch's, service tech Edwin arrived. He was very courteous, explained the various options offered to rectify the problem and explained what he was doing as I stood there watching him. Before Edwin arrived, I received a text from Mitch's informing me who the tech was, his picture, and his bio. Way to go! Every company should adopt that policy.

My plumber arrived on time as schedule. Daniel (plumber) was very knowledgeable and thorough on my house draining problems. He gave great advice's and suggestions to stop and prevent my clog drainage line. i will definitely use this company in the future and recommend to friends and family.

I suspected a leak coming from the wall in between my kitchen and bathroom, so I figured it was time to find a plumber. Mitch Clemmons was the first one to pick up after calling a couple of other plumbers off the most highly rated on Yelp. They scheduled an appointment for 2 days later between 1-2pm, but the automated text/email confirmation I got said 5-6pm, so that was a bit confusing. I called back the next day to confirm that it was actually 1-2pm.

On the day of, they called to see if I could do earlier, since they had to rework their schedule for the day, and I said sure thing! I didn't get the text that they were only their way until 2:51pm, 51 minutes AFTER the appointment window! Alex and Felix showed up and were great at explaining what was wrong. Turns out there was a leaking hot water pipe leading to the bath tub. They asked if I wanted a quote, but I wanted it fixed ASAP so I think I was charged more. Part of the drywall had to be cut open to reach the pipe, which was an additional $95 on top of the $400 to fix the leaking pipe. As a first time homeowner, this feels pretty expensive for the 2 hours of work that was required. Next time, I'll be sure to shop around and get estimates from other businesses. The drywall also needs to be repaired now and there's just a giant hole in my wall. At least the hot water pipe isn't leaking anymore causing the water heater to run 24/7.
