We just had a Hot Water Heater, Pressure Tank and Replumbing done at out House and Erik and Dom were wonderful! They were very careful to not track any Mud, on a very rainy day, into our house as well! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable as to what they were doing and how they needed to get everything working! I would highly recommend Misty Mountain Plumbing for any job! They were also very competitive on their price, for what they were doing!

Dear Misty Mountain Plumbing Customer Service,

I am extremely disappointed with the recent service I received from your company. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and suspected a loose connection but lacked the proper tool to tighten it myself. When your service person arrived, they were polite and assisted me in tightening the hose while I held the sprayer. However, I also requested that they check the cartridge on the handle, but they were unable to remove it and advised me to contact the manufacturer instead.

Great service and customer care. Just had them repair a main line water break. They were very busy and we had to wait for about a week but when they came they were very good about providing a good estimate and work performance was great. I would recommend them for any plumbing job you have. They are reasonable in their pricing also.

I had an outstanding experience with Misty Mountain Plumbing. I was searching for a plumbing company on Facebook to install a new water heater and found excellent reviews and recommendation for Misty Mountain. From the time I first contacted them to actual installation, it was apparent that customer service is a focus of not only the office staff (Susan) but the technicians. Eric Kessler was lead plumber and he was pleasant, polite and professional the entire time, as was his assistant Dom. Not only did they do a very professional job installing the water heater, Eric went above and beyond in the installation. I had previously had my crawlspace, where the water heater is installed, encapsulated but they couldn't get under the water heater. Eric was kind enough to take a piece of the vapor barrier I provided to him and install it with vapor barrier tape which I also provided. This completely sealed the area before he placed the blocks and water heater in place. I cannot say enough good about this company and their personnel. My expectations were greatly exceeded and I highly recommend them.

From my initial contact with Susan to Eric, the service tech, it was a great experience. Susan and Eric both communicated with me, he showed up on time and got the repair done. I had an old sink that has been leaking since I bought the place. My handyman worked on it three different times and it still leaked. My brother suggested I replace all the kitchen plumbing and the sink. But Eric came out and found the outside turnoff valve, put in an extension for me. Put a turnoff on my outside spigot, both of which he asked me about first. He had to cut out a bit of the cabinets as this sink has a deeper bowl than the old one. He moved the plumbing under the sink. Then replaced the refrigerator fill line with a better product that will last longer. Put turn offs for hot, cold, outdoor, and refrigerator line so I can turn them off if I need to. He installed my sink and reused my fairly new faucet. He made sure everything works. Eric also let me know before he turned the water off so I could use the restroom first.

He did a fine job, cleaned up the little bit of sawdust. I was expecting it to go everywhere so had all my things covered with sheets, tarps, towels, thin blankets, and even a tablecloth!

It was all unnecessary! For which I am glad. Now I just have to declutter things so I don't have so much to put back!

Called Tues & Eric was here on Thurs as promised and even early. You don't see that very often around here. Did a great job on my broke fitting in my water meter box. He was professional and let me know everything he was doing. Gave a fair price & even got a 10% military discount. I will definitely use them if I have a plumbing issue in the future.

Eric came 2 days after a request was made due to a cancellation. He was courteous, kind, personable and professional. All work completed in under 2 hours. Area of work cleanliness maintained during and after project. I had a single drain sink converted to a double drain sink. Plumbing only. Entire project was $357.00 ...
