Just letting you know I had a water heater leaking really bad and found it on Saturday afternoon. We called several company's that advertise 24 hour service but could not get anyone just recordings. Then I tried Mister water heater, they not only answered they got all my information and told us we would receive a call back. Within 30 minutes we received a call back and they would be out within 2 hours. They showed up on time replaced my water heater cleaned up after themselves and explained the functions of the heater. So I was back in hot water and at a great price too. I would recommend this company to anyone . Really great people to do business with.

Our water heater is leaking like crazy and we are in need of a replacement. This company not only is located right around the corner, but every website says they are open 24/7 for service. We call the number on the website where we are given a number for emergency service. We call the emergency line where a man literally just answers, ""Uh huh"". So we ask if this is Mister Water Heater where he responds, ""uh huh"". We tell him our issue and he responds telling us he will have someone in the office tomorrow. I understand that it's sunday, but when you're website clearly states you're open and servicing 24/7, maybe the response to an emergency might be a little more rapid and professional. Oh well, won't be getting our business and but just wanted to let others know about the excellent customer service we didn't receive.
