I had Mr Sewer replace my main sewer line running under my house. It was a difficult job and required tearing up my laundry room, pantry and garage floors. Ryan, Bill, Glen and Noah did a great job. They kept me informed on what would occur in the repair, let me know each day about their arrival time and did a great job.
Unfortunately on what was to be the last day of clean up there were some scheduling issues which cause the job not finish until a week after expected.
Mr Sewer has a good crew and does great work.
I would recommend them for main sewer line replacement.

Brandon was here today assessing our sewage pipes etc. He listened, asked great questions, talked me through the process and options respectfully. He is knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend them. Communication is great too!

Their service was prompt and professional. The sewer line from my house to the city line was backing up into the driveway. I spoke to them in the morning and by 3pm they were here. They unclogged the line and then ran the camera through the line. Luigi and I were both very surprised to see that the last company that was out here in January 2021 for the same problems broke off part of their snake. And there is 30 ft of snake in my drain. Luigi gave me an estimate for digging up the driveway to retrieve the piece of snake. The estimate I felt was very fair, he included the work he had done that day into the estimate. I feel this is a very good company to call when you have a plumbing problem.

I had a sewer leak and this is the company my insurance company provided. They were prompt and very professional. They explained everything they were looking at and the possibilities for the leak and got the paperwork to my insurance quickly so the problem could be fixed.

Had a water line leak somewhere in the line outside of the home. They had Justin come out which was here within the hour and was very polite and explained every option I had and what things can cause the issue I had which was very helpful to understand my situation. They scheduled Water leak detection right away and they came out and marked where the leak was in ground. They then had the dig team come out on the next available day. Chris and his father came to start digging and were very polite and explained everything they were doing. They even found a broken buried sewer clean out which they repaired for me instantly without trying to charge me extra and used their own parts. They quickly fixed the leak in the main water line and restored the yard back to perfection. Didn't even look like someone had dug up there as they flatten the whole area for it to grow with grass again in the future. Awesome company and first time where I felt comfortable with a plumber and not hassled. Family owned business and they send you emails/text before their arrival and while they are on their way you can see on an online map where they are along your route and ETA.

I highly recommend them to everyone out there. Very knowledgeable and friendly service you can count on! They treat you like family! Justin, Chris, and Chris's Father were all great to work with! Very professional!

My sewer backed up and I called Mr. Sewer. Unbelievable great service. Justin came out and fixed my problem, explained the situation and actually saved me $250.00 ! He went out of his way, really above and beyond to help me out. You always hear of companies trying to rip you off, not this one!!!!

I was doing a favor for a neighbor who had a water line burst on her. She had an insurance contract with the water company that covers her in the event of leakage and this company is one of their recommended repair companies. The man who came to her house advised me that after using sound technology the ""leak"" was actually coming from my property since part of her line crossed over to my backyard.

I gave written permission with the understanding thinking that if her pipe was indeed causing backflow into my yard then it must be addressed. The letter the neighbor wrote also indicated that once the work was done Mister Sewer would arrange sometime in the future to have a landscaper come out and repair damage to my yard. The original agreement was written as basic restoration consisting of ""soil and seed."" Later on when the owner signed off on it the limitations per her insurance contract limited them to basic restoration which was ""seed and straw"" as well as leveling. I was not given opportunity to initial this change as acceptable since I received a printed copy with the signature and addendum.

On the day they did the work and dug up the area as deep as a grave the water line was tested. There was no leakage at all coming from the pipe that was under my yard but rather was somewhere under the concrete below her deck. They completed the project by forcing out the defective copper using an underground snake technique from her water shut off valve in her home. They replaced the line with what they call a superior plastic by Uponor. My understanding was that this pex product expands and contracts and is more durable than copper and will last longer. I did learn that without this insurance the base cost is at least $2500.00.

My neighbor was grateful and pleased with the work they had done. I, on the other hand, have to consult other landscapers in order to get the right information on how to properly restore my lawn as well as allow for eventual settlement where the hole was dug. Hopefully in time I will get the information needed and go accordingly.

I'm sure they are a fine company to work with but when you are filing an insurance claim they usually use the least invasive means possible and must limit their work and restorations according to the guidelines set by the insurance company. Please be aware of that fact if you are paying a water/sewer insurance premium on your water bill.

I needed my sewer line snaked out. He offered to come Saturday or Monday...Saturday would have been at a higher price. So on Friday we settled that he would come Monday. On Friday I asked for a confirmed time and was told to fill out a service request form from a link sent to my phone. That didn't work so he (Jason) asked that I text him the info...address, email, etc. Monday morning at 9 am I shot him a text asking what time he would arrive. I took the day off of work to be available. No response all day until 6 pm when I told him I would take my business elsewhere. His response...""Sorry, we were booked"". No regard for anyone's time or inconvenience. Phil M.
