This company is evil! r. Sewer will ruin your life without any hesitation. They were sent to me by American Water Recourses (AWR) to water-jet my sewer pipe and do the video inspection of the line. They did water-jet the line, but their incompetent technician was not able to go through the housetrap in the yard. They assumed that my house trap is broken, the repair is not covered by the insurance. They told me that they will need to destroy the retaining wall and the fence and damage my property to at least $15K to change the trap. I asked for the second opinion from another company that had no problem to navigate the camera through the trap and discovered the break in a sewer line under the sidewalk, almost 2 feet away from the trap. AWR sent me another plumber who also had no problem to navigate through the trap and found the break of the pipe on a sidewalk. Now, because of Mr. Sewer incompetence and inability to recognize mistakes, the insurance company is rejecting my claim citing Mr. Sewer and demanding that I spent thousands and fix the trap first. I'd like to repeat that the broken pipe is almost 2 feet away from the trap and has nothing to do with it. This individual is evil, his incompetent diagnostics ruined me financially, from a homeowner and small business owner with positive outlook, I am on the verge of becoming homeless. Evil!

We had a complicated sewer line issue that was resolved by Mister Sewer. The 3-man crew did the work quickly and professionally, and the guys were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had Mr Sewer replace my main sewer line running under my house. It was a difficult job and required tearing up my laundry room, pantry and garage floors. Ryan, Bill, Glen and Noah did a great job. They kept me informed on what would occur in the repair, let me know each day about their arrival time and did a great job.
Unfortunately on what was to be the last day of clean up there were some scheduling issues which cause the job not finish until a week after expected.
Mr Sewer has a good crew and does great work.
I would recommend them for main sewer line replacement.

Brandon was here today assessing our sewage pipes etc. He listened, asked great questions, talked me through the process and options respectfully. He is knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend them. Communication is great too!

Their service was prompt and professional. The sewer line from my house to the city line was backing up into the driveway. I spoke to them in the morning and by 3pm they were here. They unclogged the line and then ran the camera through the line. Luigi and I were both very surprised to see that the last company that was out here in January 2021 for the same problems broke off part of their snake. And there is 30 ft of snake in my drain. Luigi gave me an estimate for digging up the driveway to retrieve the piece of snake. The estimate I felt was very fair, he included the work he had done that day into the estimate. I feel this is a very good company to call when you have a plumbing problem.

Had a water line leak somewhere in the line outside of the home. They had Justin come out which was here within the hour and was very polite and explained every option I had and what things can cause the issue I had which was very helpful to understand my situation. They scheduled Water leak detection right away and they came out and marked where the leak was in ground. They then had the dig team come out on the next available day. Chris and his father came to start digging and were very polite and explained everything they were doing. They even found a broken buried sewer clean out which they repaired for me instantly without trying to charge me extra and used their own parts. They quickly fixed the leak in the main water line and restored the yard back to perfection. Didn't even look like someone had dug up there as they flatten the whole area for it to grow with grass again in the future. Awesome company and first time where I felt comfortable with a plumber and not hassled. Family owned business and they send you emails/text before their arrival and while they are on their way you can see on an online map where they are along your route and ETA.

I highly recommend them to everyone out there. Very knowledgeable and friendly service you can count on! They treat you like family! Justin, Chris, and Chris's Father were all great to work with! Very professional!

My sewer backed up and I called Mr. Sewer. Unbelievable great service. Justin came out and fixed my problem, explained the situation and actually saved me $250.00 ! He went out of his way, really above and beyond to help me out. You always hear of companies trying to rip you off, not this one!!!!
