I am done trying to talk to them. They lie from the get go. Changed techs, kept the initial invoice and refused to give us a copy of the initial invoice which I had not signed. Never followed up with issues I had, only to demand payment. Done, just done with them...

Asked what could improve: Service, honesty, cost, courtesy, professionalism. They switched techs on us, refused to give us the final copy of the original which I never signed releasing the work they didn't finish on the itemized invoice, did not review the work with us, never returned to finish/fix the items I had issue with, and then harassed and demanded money for the unfinished, unprofessional job.

I had a clogged kitchen drain in a home I just purchased. They came out snaked it then told me it's a tough grease clog and they would have to come back with acid to pour down the drain. The next day I was told the ""manager "" said the acid would not work on the clog (he's never been out to the house) and they needed to do Hydro jetting that would eliminate the clogged drain. The next day and $1,350 later as soon as the technician left I called to say the washer drain is still clogged (kitchen and water in the same drain) they came out the next day saying they need to cut a hole in the brick in the back of the house or in the laundry room as a ""clean out to really break up the clog"" even tho I was told the $1,350.00 hydro jetting would get it. The tech said the clean out would be $650 I said I can't afford that...he says ok I'll give you a break I'll do it for $500. I said again I can't afford that. He says ok I'll do it for free.... They cut a hole in the wall in the laundry room to supposedly hydro jet again but MY WASHER DRAIN IS STILL CLOGGED AND NOW I HAVE A HOLE IN THE WALL They are a rip off in my opinion!!! Avoid at all cost!!
