On the weekend I noticed my dishwasher was leaking upon getting up in the morning. I contacted Missouri Plumbing Services and spoke with Paul. After updating of the situation I was informed that my issues was not a plumbing issue but an appliance issue and he was unable to work on appliances. However, for the next 20 minutes, Paul stayed on the phone and walked me through the process of turning off the water supply to the dishwasher and how best to handle the situation, even though he knew he would not get paid. Paul's service was above and beyond, and I was completely impressed by his knowledge and concern for the situation. I will absolutely use Missouri Plumbing Services when I need a plumber in the future. In our world today, service like I received is a rarity.

I called Bill with a tub spout issue. He was able to walk me through the issue on the phone. He spent time to explain what needed to happen. He offered to come out and help same day. With his help over the phone I was able to complete the project. His customer service was something I've never experienced with a plumber. I will call him next time I have a plumbing problem. My garbage disposal shot craps right in the middle of Holiday cookie baking! Paul quoted me a rate for a great appliance, was over as promised on a Saturday afternoon. He came in got right to work, cleaned up the area as he worked. Charged less than quoted. He had the job done and out in no time.

We had a water leak under our kitchen sink on Friday of Labor Day weekend. It was already 5:00pm so most services were charging emergency rates. We called and he was here quickly. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and our faucet was repaired. He explained whatWe were so impressed with the safety precautions such as wearing a mask. I was also super impressed with the price. Our teenager broke the shower handle and we couldn't get the water turned off. The screws in the handle were stripped. It was a mess. I called Bruce around 4 PM and he was here within 30 minutes. Shut our water off and ended up fixing the problem for us. He was so nice and didn't charge me my first born. We will definitely call him again should we need him! And you should too!

Found Rick in an emergency situation after our water heater went out... reached him by phone at 7:30am and he was at the house within two hours. I later had him come back to install an outdoor spigot on the backside of the house. He's professional, friendly, fair priced and thorough.
