50 bucks for a service call - no problem, but then...

Service guy said it would be 400.00 for a capacitor on a 5 year old a/c unit. That's right - FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A TWENTY DOLLAR PART. Takes 5 minutes to change. I'll be filing a report with the better business bureau. I recommend any other company than them.

Mission PHC is a hidden gem every small town/big city should have! They are responsive, reliable, friendly, thorough, and most of all GET THE JOB DONE!

The first time I had them come out to fix a valve in one of our guest bathrooms, took less than 30 minutes and the gentleman who took care of this task was all of the above!

The second time it took a team because we were having a gas line inserted because I just can't go back to electric ovens anymore. This took around 3-4 hours, to my surprise there was minimal damage to the ceilings and floors. Plus the new oven hooked up like a charm.

The third time their team was dispatched to our home it was to check the water pressure in our main bathroom and the fireplace. Both were evaluated and fixed in a jiffy!

10 out of 10 definitely recommend if they service in your area!

Highly recommend Mission for your plumbing needs! Pager was flushed down the toilet and stuck. (Had another company come out & they stuck a pole in there and said they couldn't get it but it was fixed- charged me $250 and said if it stops working again to get a new toilet. Stopped working again 5 min after they left). So called Mission (very friendly woman on the phone and they were able to come the next day). Great news- I didn't need a new toilet bc they were able to get the pager out! They also did a quick fix to my garbage disposal and didn't charge me! The plumber's name was Nate- such a good guy. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and didn't rip me off like the first company. Thanks Nate & Mission Plumbing!

All about money and not about service, they didn't replace all of the bad parts. They were to busy to provide warranty service so a local company did the replaced the part they needed to but didn't. Will never use them again.

Was impressed with Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling's service. Our water heater went out after the holiday weekend and needed a company that could provide a new one and install it. They responded within 12hrs of our request and had a team come out with a new water heater. Installation took about 2-3hrs and they hauled away the old water heater (included with their installation services).

What sets Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling above other contractors that I have had come to my house is their respect for your home. They made sure to wear booties (gloves for their shoes) without us having to tell them. In addition, they laid out blankets over our carpet/flooring so they did not mess up our flooring. After they installed the water heater and hauled away the old one, I didn't see a mess in the maintenance room; their team did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

One reason why they did not receive a perfect star from me was because of their relatively high cost. Compared to another company that provided us with a quote, they were nearly double the cost. However, I will say that the great service made up for the high cost a bit. They also installed a Bradford White branded water heater, which you can only buy through retailers.

I will definitely keep Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in mind the next time something in my house decides to crap out on me :)

Mission Plumbing came out and charged me approximately $700 to repair a burst copper pipe that was in an open area of my basement. The same pipe then burst again. I get it, cold weather can cause pipes to burst. However I was extremely surprised when I called Mission Plumbing and they wanted to charge me a ""diagnostic fee"" just to come out and look at it. Instead I got bids from four other plumbers that did not charge a diagnostic fee. All four stated the repair would normally be around $200 however they would have to charge around $500 to fix the prior incorrectly done work of Mission Plumbing. Specifically Mission Plumbing apparently charged me $700 to replace a horizontal open two foot line of copper piping. Mission Plumbing used 3/4 inch pipe when it should have been an inch and also used sharkbites instead of PEX. In order to fix the current issue the 3/4 inch pipe had to again be removed an replaced with the correct fittings. When I called Mission Plumbing to advise them of this issue, the receptionist insinuated this was my fault for allowing other plumbers to ""touch"" the pipes when they came out to do bids and decided to start an argument with me over Mission Plumbing's potential liability. Rude, unprofessional and apparently not good at their jobs.
