This perfect storm took two days of dedicated, hard work, but Casey from Mission Plumbing tackled each challenge with gusto and a professional, positive attitude. Speed and professionalism!
My main drain cleanout in front yard started spewing. Originally thought it was a sprinkler leak, but smell confirmed. This always seems to happen after guests visit, and in the cooler months.
Remembered Mission Plumbing from work at neighbors house, and called them.
Casey arrived in less than an hour. About 30 minutes later the drain was clear, with positive evidence of the problem (roots). He also cleaned way past the blockage, to under the street.
I am very happy. Mission Plumbing will be my first call should any other need arise.

Our office building sewer backed up. The guys came out and worked for hours to get it resolved. Even though it was incredibly unpleasant and took longer than any of us expected (association issue - not Mission Plumbing issue), all three technicians were pleasant, nice and friendly! We had to work with our building association to remove a tree and the guys came right back to get us running again with no downtime. We have used Mission Plumbing for our annual maintenance for years and they are always friendly, prompt, and considerate!

Chris Garcia and Mission Plumbing are GREAT! Last Friday at 5:00 pm my wife noticed water dripping down a wall in our dining room. Chris' answering service took my call at 5:15 and by 6:15 Chris called me back. We discussed the issue and he arrived at my house at 8:30 Saturday morning. He was able to track the source of a slow leak in my attic. He immediately cut out the bad section of pipe, installed a new pipe and the problem was resolved. I highly recommend Mission Plumbing and Heating.

I had a major main line break with water gushing out the front yard when my husband was out of town. Victor came out right away, assessed the situation & got to work right away. The owner, Chris, and another technician came out to help expedite the fix so my kids and I could have access to water that night. They worked fast & cleaned up the muddy mess. That was 14 months ago. I got another leak in the same area. This time it was due to a heavy palm plant weighing down on the pipes and connection adapter. Chris told me he won't charge me because its under warranty. I think he's just being nice & totally generous because warranties usually expire exactly one year. I trust this company to do great work & I trust them to have access to my home when I'm at work. I highly recommend them!

This company is stellar in every way!! From the professional phone service to the actual visit and then the follow-up....extraordinary!! I had a very light surge with the toilet flushing and when I moved the home inspection team missed it. When I contacted Mission Plumbing they were diligent about fixing my problem. Turns out there was a toothbrush lodged in the toilet causing a blockage and poor flow. Mission Plumbing contacted me after the job was complete just to make sure all was well. Exceptiional!
