Michael T.Zero stars (I had to give it one star in order to post this review). We scheduled an appointment with Mission Plumbing & Heating for a small repair job under the sink in order to prepare for a new dishwasher. My wife left work early just to be home in time to meet the plumber on schedule. He never showed up! My wife tried calling him five times, leaving several messages, but never received a call back. Is this considered professional behavior? We finally reached another plumber and were able to get the job scheduled. Bottom line: if you want to be stood up even on a scheduled job, then take a risk on Mission Plumbing. Otherwise, avoid this company at all costs. I wouldn't be disappointed to see this guy go out of business. You need to take care of customers if you expect to succeed.
