I am pleased to give a 5-star review of Mission Coast Plumbing. Annabel gave me great customer service and communication and got me service within a couple of hours. Edgar was at my home ahead of schedule and not only repaired the problem quickly but discovered and repaired the cause of the problem. He was neat and clean and took care to protect my home and furnishings. The charges were reasonable and I would definitely use them again!

Wow! Talk about fantastic service! Edgar and his crew are reliable, quick, knowledgeable, and will give you a fair price.
Sometimes you just need a single piece replaced, and they make the effort to match your existing plumbing. They don't even mind if you tried to DIY, they'll come and fix your mistakes, and won't even laugh at you! They might roll their eyes, but they won't laugh!
Always my first choice!!

I cannot recommend Augie and Mission Coast Plumbing more highly! I have dealt with many plumbing companies over the years and they come in at the top. He just repiped an entire condominium for me. His fee was reasonable. His crew exceptional. They were at neat as they could be and always prompt. The best!!!

There's a reason Mission Coast has great reviews. Fixed my frustrating water pressure problem in no time, salvaging my pricey faucet I was on the verge of replacing. They are very fair, honest, and helpful. I will always call them first because you can tell they build their business based on honesty and good word of mouth, rather than taking advantage of people.

Edgar did a fabulous job. He responded within an hour to my original call and tried to trouble shoot with me before we determined he would need to come out. He asked that I send pictures so he would be sure to have the parts he needed. He arrived as scheduled and I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly handshake. He quickly got to work and fixed the problem. He showed me what he had done/replaced and answered all my questions. Final invoice was actually UNDER what he had quoted and I could not be happier. He is personable, sincere and friendly . . . you will be happy you called Mission Coast Plumbing!

Mission Coast Plumbing has been my plumber since 2013. Both Augie and Edgar are excellent plumbers. They explain everything and answer all my questions while maintaining a steady pace. I like to know how things work and they are very thorough and patient. The job sight is always clean when they leave and I couldn't ask for nicer, friendlier, more accommodating and excellent plumbers. My home is at the age where things are starting to fail and they have been out 4 different times for different issues and I am always happy to see them.

We had problems with our shower, toilets and overall water pressure at our 3 story town home. We had two different plumbers from our home warranty company come out and neither were able to resolve the problem - one even suggested to fix the shower we would have to tear into the wall. We were referred to Augie at Mission Coast Plumbing and he came that day. It took him less than 45 minutes to get all the problems fixed (with a recommendation for one of the toilets) and at a very fair price. Will definitely be calling him again.

After trying to get some service from a couple of other local companies... You know them...we do Drains not really interested in real plumbing work or Plumbing and Supply mostly supply not so much plumbing..... I got in touch with Mission Coast Plumbing and could not have been happier.. Edgar showed up within the time frame he said he would and looked at my issue, quoted me a great price and was in and out in no time.. He was professional, well organized, conscientious,and above all very courteous... Give them a try you won't be disappointed....

I noticed a huge stucco water stain and dripping on the outside of my house under the kitchen sink window. I couldn't find any indication of moisture anywhere so assumed it was in the wall and also assumed it would cost a couple thousand to fix. I called over a dozen companies and they were all booked up. Finally reached Augie at Mission Coast and he was on a job but asked if it was OK to come over after 6pm - perfect for me so I didn't have to leave work. Augie came over and looked everywhere I did - except under the dishwasher. A small drip started and ended up a bigger drip over time. He then asked if I could handle from there and also it would be no charge. I was blown away! - no sales pitch. It was like my neighbor coming over
Even though I could have done the work, I was so happy I asked him to complete the work for me so Augie shut off the water line at the dishwasher and asked to come back in the morning with the correct parts.He showed up 15 minutes early and finished in 20 minutes. The bill was amazingly inexpensive and versus what I originally expected, a great gift.
Augie is also a very nice guy, polite, respectful and is precise in his work.
I recommend these guys anytime and am glad to have found a trustworthy company I can use forever and refer to others.

I must have drawn the short straw because my experience was nowhere near good. I called MCP as a referal from our regular guy that was too busy to get to our job. We only needed the trim in two showers changed out. When I called MCP, Augie answered and came right out. He looked at the faucets and said no problem. He thought he would have to order the part but would let us know in 2 hrs when he went to the supply store. No call that night. I contacted Augie the next day and found out he did have to order parts and they would be in on Monday(2 days). Monday, no communication, I called him and left a message. He called back and told me he would call and tell me when the parts came in. Late Monday, no response. Again, I called and was told the parts are in but he was working on something else and ""might"" get to it later Monday night.He would call me in the next 2 hrs again and let me know . I sent him a message and told him that he didn't have to come by Monday(last night) and could just come first thing today instead. Two phone calls later, not a word from Augie. Now, he doesn't have to call at all!
