We are very pleased Mission Air Conditioning. I contacted them in late April amongst 2 other A/C installers to provide quotes. During the bidding process they were knowledgeable, courteous and offered a good price for quality quote. Once the decision was made to go ahead with their offer, their team of 3 installers came in the morning and had the job done in about 12 hours. It was grueling work but they were discreet, efficient and neat. We are very happy with the result and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had a great experience using Mission AC for the first time. Their prices were competitive and best yet, they were able to do a big job last minute! Rogelio Salazar was our technician who was able to get workmen to come and replace all the duct work, install filters & UV light, replace my thermostat and more on the same day. I'm very thankful for their work in my home and so far the AC system works great.

Excellent and prompt service. Called late on a Friday night, well after closing time, after my air conditioning suddenly stopped working. The owner called me back at 10:30 PM and we scheduled a tech to come out early Saturday morning. The tech arrived promptly before 9 AM. I was highly impressed with the quick turnaround, especially considering how miserable life can be in Houston with no AC.

When the tech arrived, he found that we only had a minor electrical problem and did not charge us for the visit.

I would definitely recommend and Mission will be my "first call" from now on for any AC issues.

Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night on one of the coldest nights of the year. The Mission AC folks came out the next morning, fixed the issue quickly and got us up and running again.

Great job repairing my Ac. Called this weekend 10 minutes after they had closed, but within 10 minutes their after hours line called back to set up an appointment. Rogelio was here this morning and quickly resolved the issue. Great work!

Rogelio was excellent! He came to my house and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He cleaned out my A/C line and added extra freon to my unit. He explained that I had a leak and would eventually need a new unit. I told him that I couldn't afford one right now, so that is why he added freon. He also explained that Mission Air had a financing option whenever I was ready to buy a new unit. He never pressured me to buy anything and he was fantastic. I will definitely use Mission Air again!

Had them come out to evaluate a system not cooling. They diagnosed a leak and recharged for $400, told me I had a bad fan motor also ($500) and the system was too old and needed to be replaced. They were hard selling new systems. The tech was more interested in the sales pitch than fixing my AC. It stopped working a week later. They came out again and wanted me to replace the coil in the handler for $2k and again tried selling us $6-$10k new systems because ours was "so old".

Called someone else out and they replaced our coil and recharged for $1,400. System works great now. The tech and the other 2 companies I got competing bids from told me the rest of the system looked and ran great and will last a long time with proper maintenance. They also recharged for $50/lb while Mission was over $100/lb. And there was nothing wrong with the fan motor.

I wouldn't recommend Mission AC. Their techs are too sales pushy and their prices too high, and they are just more interested in big sales than fixing your problem. Wasted $400 on this company.

Roel was awesome! He came out the same day we requested an appointment, quickly found the root of our problem (bum capacitor) and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He also mentioned a few other things that he could see as potential issues for us in the coming years - I really appreciated his detailed explanations. Would definitely use Mission AC again! A/C went out the other night and called Mission first thing the following morning. Jose came out and we were back up and running that day. Husband said Jose was awesome. (I was thankful at work that day ...in an air conditioned office!) Thanks guys!!
